The most comprehensive tours offered to North American residents. Tried Japan Kanto Tours back in 2013. Once a lfe time experience! Would never forget Imperial Hotel stay with morning buffet restaurant on the top floor facing Imperial Palace! Walking distance to Imperial Palace where Emperor and Empress and family live!!! Japan upper class members dress in tux. and formal dresses waiting in hotel lobby to see Imperial Family. Tours of Lamakura and Shijuku, represents past and present of Japanese culture and history! No other tours would even come close to Supervalue tours which is sister company focusing on English-speaking tours. Simply amazing! Thank you Roy and Esther!

Signet toured advertised for 5 star Japanese hot spring hotel, yet the actually accommodation was franchised budget hotel 63 miles away from the original hotel advertised. They are not even in the same prefecture. Huge disappointment!
