What an amazing atmosphere, very welcoming family oriented place to learn, we signed our son up a few months ago, and he loves it, if I had known about it when my daughter was little I would have taken her too! I love the respect and discipline they teach whilst having fun and getting fit. What can I say, if you are not going, You are missing out!!!

I've been attending this school for about one month and a half now, and it's been amazing. The energy there is very inspiring and it motivates me to keep training to get fitter and better at self-defense. The community there is very friendly and will gladly help you out if you have trouble understanding. Great school, 5/5

Awsome martial arts school!! I really love the school, the energy over there is strong and good. Trainign and receiving positive energy brings to a better lifestyle. All the classes are adapted, so everyone can start now!!

The school is an amazing place to improve yourself, whether it is physical and/or mental!The students and the instructors are a friendly bunch, and they motivate each other to push their limits. The time is flexible, so no need to stress about missing a class being the end of the world!I remember in the beginning I was in such a bad shape that i couldn't really do much without feeling exhausted; now I have at LEAST doubled my force/endurance and maybe tripled my cardio, also thow in loss of quite a bit of fat!On top of that, thanks to the self-defense classes, i have somewhat boosted my self-confidence as well as skill level in reflex and techniques.Therefore, I highly recommend the school to anyone who wishes for a GOOD and BIG change in their physical and mental aspects. NOW it's the time to take action!

It's a lot more than physical activity.I learnt a lot more/and still learning...self-confidence, self-esteem, discipline, respect upon others and myself, humility, and to listen.Each person has their own story, true story.At the Academy, everyone is equal, respectful, quiet (not loud), and highly respectful to one another whoever they may be. Their age, their past, their history are so discreet and everyone respects one another and nobody judges or talks (gossip) about others.Everyone is there to improve themselves at their own pace and does not compare with others.The Academy is Family!

A wonderful Martial Arts school, I absolutely love training there and I always have fun in every class. The instructors are all great and they are helpful and will push when you need it. The fellow students there are all wonderful to train with and are willing to help and motivate others when needed.Personally I started training there almost two years ago looking for something to provide me with more of a challenge than working out at gym. I have found that I feel challenged every time I’m there. I get more out of each class than I ever would just running on a cardio machine and doing the same weight training routine every time I’m there, classes here are never boring. I was already in good shape before I started training there but thanks to the classes I am in the best shape I have ever been in. My cardio has improved as has my strength. I am now able to do things physical that I’ve never been able to do before or thought I ever would be able to do.The Kung Fu self defense classes have helped with my confidence, how I feel about myself, as well have helped me with my comfort of coming home alone using public transportation at night.I highly recommend this school for everyone no matter what your physical level is at, you will get better. The school is a great place to get stronger physical and mentally. You will have fun, learn new skills and meet great people.

I have been training here for over 10 years and love it! Started out to be just a way to stay fit but turned out to be a way of life! Lots of techniques to be learnt but also lots of concepts to be learnt and applied in every day life.
