Misrepresenting, misleading and lacks customer service skills. I needed a DTF print, I was told by a person that presented himself to me as the owner, Carol, that the price is $0.06/square inch, but since my order is a single unit, I'll have to wait 2/3 business days to fill up the additional space before they print. I was okay with that. When I sent my artwork to be printed I was priced at $0.19/sq in. Unfortunately, by then I was pressed for time so I paid it.
