Co-op Gas Bar
Clean, well staffed by attentive and respectful young people. Absolutely excellent service station facility provided by the premier Sherwood Cooperative Association. This station has set the standard for service and cleanliness. Are there any other service facilities out there that will have the makings to take the challenge to meet or exceed this truly superb example of 'service station'?

Mixed customer service here. KC was awesome in dealing with my case. Catherine was the most terrible face of Co-op. She lacks character and should be behind the scene. These folks here work hard to serve people and Catherine should not spoil that awesomeness in them. Better still, she should get another kind of job that does not require customer facing

The car wand wash is pathetic. I keep thinking it may get better but it is worse everytime I go. Today I started as always with the high pressure soap spray. Then used the soap brush. I could see right away as it dried that the dirt wasn't washed off. I then brushed it a second time. Not much better and the chrome wheels were terrible. Luckily I had a wash mitt and went over the whole vehicle. Terrible

I also work in customer service so I know how frustrating it can be dealing with rude people after a long day. The way Jayden, the cashier at the time treated me was horrible. She proceed to tell me I was spelling my own name wrong after asking her to look up my Co-op number and then proceeded giving me dirty looks. I used to work at Co-op so I know how everything works. I have to say this is probably the worst customer service I have ever received. Not a good look Co-op.

I waited 20min in line for the wand wash. The light turned green to let me in and THERE WERE NO BAYS AVAILABLE. I had to drive through without a wash and the line was even longer than when I first showed up. Employees are there 1/2 the time. If you don't care about your car wash, shut it down, otherwise check on your equipment. What a serious waste of my time.

My go to spot for a car wash. Love the self serve option to get my car cleaned the way I want. Car wash staff is helpful the few times I have needed assistance when something was not working.
