The gentleman who came to do the assessment was on time and polite.I waited for a quote and when none was forthcoming I called and was assured that the quote would arrive later that day or the next for sure.The day came and went as did the next,still no quote. As a result I informed him that the quote was no longer necessary. I decided to go with a company who took my business in a serious and professional manner.
