Otto’s was an amazing place to get our washer and dryer! Love the fact that it’s a small town place and yet are very competitive! The sales person was super nice and the installers were very professional and even delivered in a snow storm!! Thanks guys! By the way we LOVE LOVE LOVE our new machines!!

Paul at Ottos has been absolutely fantastic to deal with! We have purchased a few items from his store and we are always happy with the outstanding customer service. The team members are always welcoming and always try their best to help, and always in a timely manner! We will never shop elsewhere for appliances again!

Great friendly service. We bought a recommended dishwasher that initially worked great, also bought the extended warranty at that time. Started to have issues with it so we requested a service call. All parts were warranted and the service call hours were convenient. Would highly recommend anyone shop at Otto's.

Ottos sent Alex a service tech to come out to Sundre to look at our RV fridge. Both Alex and Becky went above and beyond with service and knowledge. I would highly recommend Ottos!

This store is the best! When we built our house 15 years ago, we bought all our appliances from Otto’s. On Dec 20, 2019, my Kitchenaide range quit working. Of course it had to happen just before Christmas. I contacted Otto’s and bought a GE Professional Series range. It started to malfunction after about 4 months. The touch pad would just start dinging when it wasn’t being touched among other functions not working. I called Otto’s for a repair on warranty. They came out right away but I wasn’t sure I wanted the stove and asked if they had a trade in program. Scott, the repairman, he said he would have Paul, the owner contact me. Paul was very accommodating after hearing my concerns. After some discussion, we agreed on a ‘trade in’ value on the GE and I am getting a new Whirlpool. If I had gone to a big box store to buy this stove, that would not have happened, I would be stuck with a range that I didn’t like. Paul went the extra mile to help me out and I am super appreciative! I know where I’ll be buying my next appliance! It pays to shop local folks!

Troy the repair man was very polite and quick at completing the job. Highly recommend.

These are the nicest people to deal with. I had a worker named Troy?? He phoned me to tell me he would be arriving in a few minutes. Came in to check my washing machine and deliver a refrigerator filter. He taught me how to prevent the same problem with my washer. And even left it for me to deeper clean while he installed the filter for my fridge. He also showed me how to reset it. (The instruction booklet said that button was on the door of the fridge.) But it was installed inside the fridge. Sometimes your instructions booklets are not correct. But Otto's staff are extremely knowledgeable. Thank you Otto's.

Can't comment on sales (yet), but their in-home service was absolutely top notch. Alex was competent, friendly, and quickly resolved our issue.

Awesome experience from the folks who took care of us in the store, to how curtious, cautious and professional they were when they dropped off our appliances.This will be our first stop for all appliances!Highly recommend!!
