Dr Phone Fix - NW Calgary

I required a new battery and a charging port for my iPhone 7 and the gentleman working there not only did both tasks but completed them in lass than 20 minutes. The total price was less than what I paid for a battery change at one of their competitors. Excellent courteous service.

Excellent service, quick turnaround, and great prices. Cracked screen a couple years ago, took it to ibroken and it took 3days. Dr. Phone fix took care of it in 15 minutes.The protective screen I got yesterday is losing its stickiness at the top, can I come in to get it re-fastened?

VERY HORRIBLE. All they care about is money and not customer service!!! They do Not fix their problems. If there was a minus star, they would get it. They ignore and they lie. They give you used/damaged replacements or they cheapest made parts possible. They replaced my screen and the screen that same day later had a pixel line at the bottom. I contacted them and they said they will not replace their defective screen they used on my phone which i paid full price. I had to argue with them... then they finally said fine they will replace but had to order it... weeks and weeks go by and I've been calling them every5 days to check when the screen will come in. OF COURSE it never came! ALL LIES and deceit. They definitely had the parts to replace... they just didn't want to replace it even though it was their fault giving me a cheap screen replacement. Most of these other perfect reviews is just their friends and family posting them. Maybe 5% to10% are real reviews... Oh and was told it was an Authentic Samsung s21 ultra screen, I was told otherwise. its a fake!
