New windows are installed. Great fit and finish. Wish we had used AWG for all our windows. Far superior job than ones put in by another glass shop in town. Highly recommend All West Glass.

Came to All-West today to get 2 chips fixed in my windshield. The service tech was awesome, he fixed both chips in 15 mins!! Ladies at the counter were great!!

I have worked with all-west glass for years on my personal & rental property since 2018.I have had a great service upon last year since they did a big shuffle of their management personals.Throughout the process of replacing all new windows and doors at one of my rental properties. All-West glass did their management shuffle. Which lead to miss communication on their side.Me & their representative agreed upon not replacing 3 windows & 1 door, that I would keep the material since order was already made, but the installation/replacement would not be charged/done.All-West glass called me in panic 3 months after the completion of the project for payments, it felt rushed and I didn't want to delay since it had already been 3 months waiting for the invoice to pay them. I paid in full.When I finally received my payment receipt, they never deducted the 4 installation/replacement. They changed an additional 431$ without explaining or describing any of it.Since October I have been going back and forth with All-West glass, and it has been nothing less than headaches, hard to reach, no replies, excuses, need more paperwork that I never was involved in. ( still in process )Best luck All-West glass, I will never recommend or do business with you ever again.

Went in to enquire about services and five different staff members actively ignored me. One gentleman (employee) was at the front desk talking to the two ladies working behind the desk and he walked away without acknowledging me at all. Neither of the two employees sat there at desks even looked at me. Two employees on the garage looked at me and said nothing. What a waste of my time.

Went to get a simple window replaced and I’ve ended up scratches on my vehicle. I have two large chips on my hood, window pillars scratched. Razor blades left on my floor. Would not recommend to others.

Have been trying to get our trailer window fixed since last year, have called and gone in several times regarding the part we were told needed to be ordered.. phone calls not returned just have been given the run around very disappointed as we are trying to support local businesses but looks like we are going to have to go else where since we can’t get a response

These guys rocked. Got a chip on my new truck windshield. They fixed it up right away, on a Saturday to boot. Quick service. Gladly go back in a heart beat

They literally never get back to you with a quote. We’re replacing every door and window in our house before selling and I’m officially done waiting a year later. They said they’re super busy so clearly they don’t want this business or they would have at least emailed or called back.
