I brought my corolla in for regular service this morning and was greeted by lots of smiling faces. Service advisor Justin said hello and asked for my name to check in my vehicle. An additional problem that I had added when I booked my appointment, was expertly handled and in the end did not incur the estimated cost for that repair.Overall, great service, and I am a happy Campbell Toyota customer!

I wanted to leave a positive review on behalf of my parents. They just bought a car from Campbell Toyota and had the most wonderful experience with Scott Brown, a Sales Consultant there.They said he was extremely friendly, great at listening, genuinely helpful and that they didn’t feel pressured to buy, but were so delighted that it worked out that they bought from him! They made a comment on the immaculate condition of the outside and inside of the car (very clean) and Scott made sure to give his team credit for the work they’ve done. I know it sounds like common sense but after you go through multiple poor or at-par experiences with Car Sales Reps, someone with such a empathetic approach truly makes a difference.Thanks Scott & Campbell Toyota! 2 weeks ago I bought my first Toyota. I had been looking to replace my truck that was old and tired. Met with Dan and he showed me a new Tacoma. I went to sign all the paperwork for the new Tacoma and was very impressed by all at the dealership. I met with Jeff, Jen and Chad. Everyone was friendly and professional. One thing that I really appreciated was there was no pressure on the upsell. I was made aware of the options available and extended warranties etc but there was no pressure felt to purchase. It was very nice to walk into a small family owned dealership and not one of the large buying groups that pressure you. I would highly recommend anyone looking to purchase a vehicle to give Campbell Toyota a chance.
