Chris was an amazing instructor today, very engaged, had great feedback and follow up questions. I have taken many first aid courses and this one was the best so far thanks to Chris and keeping everyone engaged.

On Thursday, March 9, I took the National Capital First Aid course given by Jennifer. I was there as a grandparent with my husband Dan and our grandson's mother. We were all very impressed with the organization, content and delivery of this course by Jennifer. We were given very valuable information in a concrete way with examples and practice during the CPR portion.Jennifer answered any and all questions easily and quickly. She had the undivided attention of all individuals present. There were a range of attendants - new parents, expectant parents, parents of toddlers and grandparents. The information was relevant to all.COVID protocols of distancing and masking were applied and appreciated. The 2 plus hours went by very quickly; Jennifer spoke without notes, overheads or any other distractions". This person knows what she's talking about and explains it very well including examples from personal experience!Thank you

Jen and Ron came to teach CPR at Algonquin College. They provided us with all the information we need in an engaging way. It was one of the most interesting class I have been. I renew my CPR every where and I loved every minute of it.

Had a great time learning about first aid and what to do in any emergency. The instructor, Nova R, was very energetic, funny, and had many stories to help relate the content to what one might experience in real life. I have taken a course in the past, so she made it easy to remember the material and sit though the class feeling like time flew by!

I did the Standard First Aid/CPR Level C the instructors were very nice and knowledgeable. They provided games and scenarios that helped me understand the importance of Standard First Aid/CPR. I would 100% recommend anyone that is looking for a place to do their training to come here.
