Been waiting weeks for someone in sales to call me.Update: Got a call and Sales Consultant came by today. Happy they are able to do this quite quickly now.

All people in the business are fairly nice to work with. Installer Joe came over with his colleague at 7:40 am and installed front and rear safe T screen doors along side with 3 bulldog window screens. Super friendly and kept our house clean (clean after installation). Product has slick looking and good quality. We had some hiccups before the installation, cause we thought the front safe T screen door was not very good looking. But when we saw the product, we immediately knew that’s what we wanted. The only thing that could be better is that it could be hard to contact Tom sometimes and the whole process took 4 months instead of 3.

Metalex Installed a screen door on my Four Seasons solarium. It is just fantastic. My dogs cannot damage the screen and it looks terrific as well. I would recommend this product to any dog owner or anyone for that matter.

I had a sliding door security screen installed by the company. It fits perfectly.The quality of their product is first class, strong and secure.Their work is impecable, they are effecient and so great to deal with.They answered soooo many of my questions, explained everything in detail and were awesome.Thanks guys.So grateful.

I have two Metalex security screen doors installed at my home here in Collingwood and I love love love them. The Euro locking system is fabulous and the screen is perfect for air flow and visual but heavy and strong that nothing will be able to break in. I can leave both doors open (front and back) lock them and go into town / leave open overnight for a fresh breeze and feel perfectly secure. And they look really good! Thanks to Tom and his team and a great product I would recommend to anyone!

With the metalex screen door in back and sidelight screens in front I am totally comfortable leaving both open day and night to give our house a cross breeze and plenty of fresh air. Our AC is not needed nearly as much. Excellent product!

Very disappointed in this company, very bad service from sales rep and owner of company.I ordered my safety screens back in December 2021 with a 30% deposit. Was originally told 8-12 weeks. My screens were just installed July 25 2022. Sales rep did not want to help out directed me to the company, company kept giving me promises that never happen, even owner did not live up to promise date. I was finally told they had made the screens wrong after all this time and had to remake. I found this out after I had taken time off work to be home for installation. Installer came out to remeasure and put order in again. I was given a new date, took time off work again only to find out that day that some of the screens were not made improper again. Weeks passed was given a new date for installation, lucky I was at home on holidays so no missed time from work. The install went ok, Joe the installer was actually the only good person in the company. I had phoned owner before installation and suggested I should be compensated 10-15 % to at least cover the lost wages from work for the 2 cancelled installations never mind bad service and delayed ordered. No response from owner Tom.After installation there was no following up phone call to see how everything thing went and if I was satisfied with the product. They just went ahead and charged my Visa without notification, very unprofessional like the whole process.Even the quality of the screens not 100%, some mitered corners not tight and the black sealant they use between frame and screen squeezes out to far onto screen not clean looking.I heard about these guys on AM640 and have had good luck with vendors I have heard about on this radio station but unfortunately not these guys.MikeMississauga
