I was looking for a liability insurance for my both companies after 10 years with a insurance company that decide to go public and I got a recommendation from my broker to call this guys.I can’t say thanks enough to him for that.From the moment I called and the person that answered the phone (Jessica) who asked questions and find out what I was looking for, to the professional person (Marissa) who helps me, with the quotes, the cover, the documents, the certificates. Just “amazing”.I love an excellent services, l love to be treat with respect and consideration and I love how faster everything was done.Well now I’m a customer and I recommend this business and I hope to stay here for a long we can and thanks to the whole team for your excellent service.

Joe has been helpful and very informative. His staff respond fast and are very helpful with questions! Would definitely recommend working with him and his team.

I've been with this guys for over 7 years and now that I got into a minor accident and 2 minor tickets 3 years ago they have cancelled my policy. This guys are very greedy, accidents happen that's just life.The whole reason for us having insurance in the first place is because of the fact that we humans get into accidents.The worst part is that they send me a letter 1 week prior to cancelling my policy, like really!This guys are not for the customers and are not loyal, paying them for 7 years and now that I had a bad year they removing me with 1 week notice.All I can say is that this guys are evil not caring for anybody's families and what they need, but care about themselves and how much profit they can make.

Learn how to respect customer, without getting any information don't tell what you are not suppose to tell. Very worst reply from lady who sat in front entrance as there is appointment

The staff at this location is responsive. Unfortunately Cooperators is a terrible insurance company. Brace yourself for constant rate hikes. They will rob you blind but with utmost courtesy.

I went to pick up a check after a stressful car accident. However the woman I dealt with was quite rude in helping me with this first-time event. Would probably choose another branch next time.

Although I did not end up purchasing through this company, (no fault of theirs), the staff bent over backwards to help me with my quote and making me a priority. They responded quickly to my questions, informed me of concerns and were very professional. Would recommend checking them out.

I was with Joseph Balan’s office for years and was treated horribly. I had numerous items insured with them. Joseph Balan and staff were consistently rude, unhelpful and uncaring. I switched to Peter Maranger Co-operators in Stratford and Peter has been fantastic. Peter Maranger truly cares about customer service and that you are insured properly.

The customer service here is amazing . Great rates on renters insurance and auto. I would suggest marrisa if your looking to get insurance!!
