Police officers based out of this station specifically will pull a u-turn on the road, follow you for as long as they want including on provincial highways that they are not in jurisdiction to patrol, and when they have no reason to pull you over, they make one up. Get rid of rookie police, they are not needed on the roads and unnecessarily waste people’s time.

I went in to the station to report a possible crime. The person at the front desk was all attitude and told me to go home and report it from there, he was rude and arrogant. The officer that came to the house was great.

Very proactive and efficient police department! They handled the situation with care and did the appropriate follow-up in a prompt and professional manner. I did not expect the level of professionalism and care I experienced. I'm positively surprised and very pleased with York Regional Police Department. I have been going here since 2020 to collect my Vulnerable Sector Check. I need to show two of my proof to get the sector check. I meet different people in the front desk every time and all of them are very responsive and respectful. They work efficiently and really helpful. Thank you so much:)

I had a very complicated case lost year i was very confused about it but the employees at the station help me a lot , they are very knowledgeable, straightforward honest ,curious, professional. I called and spoke to dispatch and an officer and I was very impressed with their personal care, concern and interest in my situation. It gives me a greater appreciation for the amount of work these officers do on a daily basis and yet still have time to be kind and helpful. Keep up the great work!

These are the men and women who protect the area I live in. With very few negative encounters in my past and those were all negative because of me, I've grown up to realise how many times a police officer from district 5 put me in my place and also helped me out at the same time. I've seen these guys in action as well against local break ins and burglary attempts. They control a situation in a public area with delicate force up to the perfect moment to make a move on a public aggressor. They approach stolen vehicles on the side of the road and they can't see what they are walking into. Approaching any vehicle is one if the most dangerous parts of the job. I've seen them help the elderly right down to new drivers get off the breakdown lanes of the highways. They've changed tires for people who are too weak or too scared or those who just don't know what they are doing. The men and women of District 5 make me proud to live I the area. And I feel safe all hours of each day.

Service in the collision reporting centre is greatly better than other gta regional police, because of actual officers to speak to. But the lack of service and attitude and actual care is the downfall. My hit and run incident had footage and no one seemed to care. So I had to investigate for them

They (communication) handled my non-emergency call professionally and attentively. Besides asking me a few formal questions about the nature of the request, the interaction was prompt.It ended with cancelling the request shortly after the initial call to respect their time and more urgent matters.They are humans too.

I am innocent and I should get the more protection. I got twice harassment by the male customers and the same male evening manager at the night at 8:30 pm to 9:10 pm at the supermarket of T&T at warden at 7070 Warden Ave. I had done nothing wrong and I am totally innocent to get such horrible harassment by these two males at Supermarket at T&T at warden location. How your York region police could tolerant such horrible person to harass and insult the female in such disgusting way. Your York region police were very very RUDE on these issues I reported to you. Am I going to be died in Your YORK REGION POLICE OFFICE WHEN YOUR YORK POLICE CLAIM TO WANT TO VIDEO TAPE MY WITNESS STATEMENT BY MYSELF??? This kinds happened a lot in CHINA by the VERY CURRUPT REGIONAL POLICE LIKE YORK --NOW !
