I went to take some pictures for my permanent residence and the employees were very helpful with what I needed. I will definitely come back in the future.

Not advisable for new born baby’s , they charge in advance before taking picture indirectly bounding to take a picture even if we are not satisfied with services .

Forced me to go for new picture when I asked for extra print of passport photo after a week even though I have digital copy which was provided by them in a new USB stick.Too expensive 37$ for 2 passport picture copies and a digital copy. Which includes a unnecessary usb stick. Digital copy can be emailed and USB stick price can be reduced.

i usually get my film developed here when i’m in town and i just want to thank all the staff for their excellent service. one of my rolls was from 2009 and had been exposed to light, but somehow it was developed well and i am so grateful that i got to see more of my childhood pictures :)

Do not come here if you need a service more than passport photo! Came here for a digital photo print or duplication of an existing photo in hand (very simple job for a photo studio). Initially we gave the employee an existing photo to duplicate. however, the employee said they dont have capabilities to do this to our needed dimensions. They said they need to personally take the photo and they cannot resize since the photo is too small (which is... 2x2 and we didnt ask to resize, it was solely to have more copies of the photo, so our request wasn't out of the ordinary) My mom mentioned the studio has done this in the past and gave the exact year. While my mom was talking, employee totally disregarded the statement and gave the same excuse. Then, I was able to find the digital version of the photo. The employee then said their kiosk/tech still can't do photo print for this size and that she won't be able to tell if it's edited or not, even though we weren't looking for certification. She also mentioned they have never done this before and that I can't find any studio to do this. long behold - Another studio i found on google on hurontario did the printing while i was on my way from erin mills to hurontario, in a simpler, more professional and convenient way. If you need anything slightly more than a passport photo do not come here. You'll be wasting your time...

DO NOT GO HERE. I dropped off my film for development and scanning. Waited around 7 days (their equipment was getting fixed) and got a call that my scans were ready for pickup. They also require you to physically go to the store to pick up scans instead of emailing or using any other more convenient method. Once I got there, I checked the USB they handed me on the computer in the store. While going through the USB however, I realized that over half of the photos were not mine but a stranger's film. I don't know about other people, but I would be immeasurably angry if my film photos ended up in people's hands that were not my own. The cashier said that they would send the negatives back for a rescan and would give me a call once the film was once again ready for pickup. I waited another 3 days before I had to call the store as they did not bother to inform me the film was ready. The scanned images were also not oriented the same way and I had to go through the folder manually rotating each image (while this is not as big of a deal, it is still not very customer friendly). I stopped by Erin Mills Photo to get passport pictures for my 18 month old daughter after being told from another place to try Walmart because she was being uncooperative (less than a 5 min attempt to get a picture).Erin Mills Photo was the complete opposite and was such a positive experience - The associate, Olivia, was patient, understanding and took the time to make my daughter feel comfortable all while reassuring me she didn’t mind at all.It took a while to get my daughter to sit nicely for the photo but Olivia was so great the entire time, and even went on to take additional photos to ensure we had an acceptable shot.Amazing customer service! Thank you!

Service was quick however what I ordered was not what I expected... 2 Flat cards ordered received 4x6 print with no envelope for $1.89+tax each. I suggest those wanting flat cards" to just order 4x6 print for 34¢ and get you own envelope."

Worst experience. I should have read the review comments here before going there.I took photo for OCI application and forget to ask for soft copy. When I asked for soft copy the very next day, they said it was deleted and asked me to take new photo only. I took photo and paid again. (If you take photo anywhere else for OCI, those photo Center people aware of they also need to give soft copy. This time I paid additional amount for USB drive and soft copy. Note: they won’t send the photo to our email. Forced to buy USP drive) But it got rejected by BLS stating specification not followed.I approached Erin mills photo centre. They collected those returned photos and destroyed and then did a retake.After few days I went to ask for one more hard copy, they asked me to take fresh photo again. I said I have your USB and you can crosscheck if it is taken in your Center referring to the bill and seal the back of photo with the actual date it was taken. But they are adamant and said they don’t have that option to print the seal back of my photo. I got irritated and fed up. Never I will go to this photo Center.Are they lazy or lethargic or money minded. But it was disappointing for me. Too much irritated.It’s costly too.My suggestion to Erin mills photo: please keep a board or tell upfront to customer about your rules and limitations. So they don’t feel bad later.
