My Kids and I have been going to “Gentleman Jacks Barbershop” for 4 months now. I am so glad I found this place. Great service at a great price.I’d highly recommend Mo. He cut my hair since day 1 and he is still the guy to go to for me.The shop is really clean and even though they don’t have a parking lot, there is plenty of street parkings around the building. Also, they get booked up quite quickly so make sure to schedule a couple of weeks in advance.

I've gotten a haircut from Mo several times now. He is really skilled, friendly, and consistent with his work. I haven't tried the other Barbers but really enjoy coming here. Definitely one of the best haircuts on the North Shore.

He is also very kind...my son trusts him and feels very comfortable with him every time. Best experience ever!! The shop is modern and extremely clean. FIRST CLASS all the way. I had a bad experience here, it was my first time visiting the shop. It's a nice shop inside I must say, but I requested short sides & spiked top (I went in with shoulder length hair). I received a really bad bowl style cut, been wearing a hat & hood ever since. Cut seamed rushed and I was pushed out of there within 20 minutes. I chose to book the appointment with Mo based on so many great reviews but that was not my experience. I reached out to the shop to have the cut corrected (10 days later as I'm super busy with school) and received terrible customer service. They asked why I would leave such a big tip if I wasn't happy with the cut when I left zero tip and was visibly bummed when I left the shop.They recommend I book another cut with one of their master barbers" and that anyone would need another cut after 10 days. Needless to say I won't be back to this shop."

Mo is a wonderful barber! He consistently gives my boyfriend a great fade and never disappoints. Very talented at what he does. The shop is in a convenient location and it is very clean and professional environment.

My barber Mo gave me one of the best haircuts of my life, he gave me exactly what I wanted and clearly puts the customer first. Mo’s manners were impeccable and the final haircut was amazing. The barbershop also had a beautiful interior with lots of interesting decor, on top of all this, he even offered a me a soda. Easily a 5 star experience.

Had Adnan cut my hair today. Extremely professional, nice, and a very good cut and fade! Would recommend to anyone. Also have had Melanie and Mo in the past. The whole team is very skilled. You can’t go wrong!

Been going to Mo for a Men's cut and every time he gives great service and enough input that I am confident with how I look after. I would definitely recommend him and look forward to seeing him for my next cut!

It’s hard to stray away from a barber you’ve been loyal to but Mo did such an amazing job that it makes other barbers works I’ve been to look like they’ve been done by a child. From beginning to end, the service was amazing even the attitude of other stylists in the shop. I got a fade from Mo and it’s one of the best fades I’ve received, making me a regular here at Gentleman Jacks now. The service was exceptional along with the quality of the haircut. I was offered drinks at first and ended everything off with a hot towel. I also love the decor and design of the place. Will definitely be coming here as a regular, make sure to check out Mo as he puts extra attention to detail in his work. Truly a masterpiece.
