I called Genie HVAC looking for a water heater and an AC, and they were the only ones to get back to me quickly and with a competitive price. Not only did they have a fair price, but the attention to detail, quality of service, and responsiveness was amongst the best I've ever experienced.After everything was installed and the AC was fine-tuned, there were some pre-existing issues (not their fault) that popped up causing the thermostat controller to short out. They came back several times over a few days, took a methodical approach to find the root cause, and fixed it conclusively.Great professional service, highly recommend, and would work with them again!

Our 12-year old furnace that came with our house in the area decided to stop working in the middle of winter. Waseem answered my call in the morning, came the same day for an assessment and quote for a new system, and was able to schedule an install the next day. Prices were very competitive and they would make appropriate recommendations based on what you actually need. Would love to do my maintenance with Genie going forward. Thank you!

Blower on the furnace blew at 6 PM, they answered my call, sent someone out within the hour. They couldn't fix the furnace, but provided a reasonable quote for a new one, and even left space heaters so we wouldn't be without for the night. Called around for pricing, which proved they had the best price. They were able to install the same day. Great communication, great work, great service. Would highly recommend.

*FINALLY A TRUSTED LOCAL COMPANY* I highly recommend Genie and will only be using their services from now on. My AC was down and I was pleasantly surprised how quickly they arrived to my home in Markham. Living with pets and an older adult, prompt service is CRUCIAL on a hot day. The technician was very professional and knowledgeable, taking the time to explain everything to me as he was doing the inspection and maintenance. He really could’ve just done the job and left but I was so happy to have someone who’s great at their craft keep their customers informed step-by-step. He even pointed out another issue in my system that would’ve gone unnoticed. He gave me a free spare part that he had on hand just out of kindness and replaced it for me. Such a small gesture made me feel like a valued customer and not just another service call. Im very big on rapport with contractors and the Genie staff has definitely gone above and beyond for my home.
