I recently visited Pro Lite Warehouse in search of a coffee table, and I must say that I am thoroughly impressed with their products and customer service. The coffee table I purchased has an impeccable design that perfectly complements my living room decor. I am completely satisfied with my purchase! I highly recommend this furniture warehouse to anyone in need of a coffee table or any other home furnishing

If I could give no stars I would. I pre-ordered a coffee table online and was told I would get the product within 6-8 weeks. The given time passes and I hadn’t received any kind of updates on my purchase so I decided to check the website again to double check the timing. To my dismay I saw they had changed it and added an additional 2 weeks to their previous estimate of delivery. I reached out because I was frustrated I hadn’t been made aware that my product had a delay only to be told that they were actually able to ship it to me immediately. However, my joy was short lived when 3 days later I received my coffee table damaged. At this point, I have no interest in receiving a new table I just want my refund. They have informed me that I now need to drive 45 minutes to return my product in person despite it being an online order. I am incredibly frustrated and would never recommend this company.

This company got 2 stars cause the service is great, shipping is quick and prices are low.The lack of the remaining 3 starts are for exceptionally poor quality!If you are buying from this company be sure that your item will come with minor dance due to the low quality material and definitely have the glue handy when putting this together!These products are not meant to last, that is for sure!!!

Very poor customer service. The order takes much longer than they say. They never update you. Not organized at all. Got the package myself, had to drive to the warehouse to pick it up. There is no instructions of how to put it together. I don’t recommend buying from them at all. It was a lesson learned for me.

The look of the furniture is good so I bought two closet units. My husband took two hours to put one together and when he went to move it into place it all came crashing down. Upon emailing to tell them what happened we were told we used force for it to fall apart like that. The photo of the screws and nails in the dustpan is the aftermath of the fallen boards, never have we seen such poor quality on a large furniture item. After two emails they are telling us as a courtesy they will replace the broken one but no refund is being offered even after several emails and pleas for refund. It’s good looking but it’s very flimsy so it will not last for long at all. Now we’re worried we won’t get refunded. They advertise on Facebook marketplace and they do not have a phone number anywhere.

As a contractor with extensive experience in furniture assembly, I recently had the opportunity to customize a closet at this particular shop. The whole experience was largely positive, but there were a few areas that could see some improvement.Firstly, the design and workmanship of the closet units are excellent. The process was quite hands-on and took me about half a day to fully assemble. The finished product was well worth the time and effort, bearing a resemblance to the quality you'd find at IKEA.The units are constructed using 15mm MDF panels, similar to many other furniture manufacturers. An interesting feature to note is the extra glue on the wood chips, making the panels harder, albeit less waterproof. This does not diminish the overall quality, but it is something to keep in mind depending on the intended use of the furniture.As for the pricing, I must say it is very competitive. The affordability of the units was a pleasant surpriseA minor drawback to be aware of is the distinctive wood smell that lingers for a few days after unpacking. It's not overpowering, but noticeable, especially in smaller spaces.

Horrible service. They lie on their website saying when products will arrive (I ordered a product on early May, the website said the product would arrive at the end of May for pick up), but when I emailed to check, suddenly the product will only be available in July!! TWO MONTHS LATER! It's completely ridiculous. Asked for a refund and they email me to say please fill out this return form for a refund". EXCUSE ME
