TD Canada Trust Branch and ATM

Awesome guy, helped me! He was so wonderful and understanding!When I had called in I was upset, he fixed the issue with my account and left me smiling!The call went right through and no wait time.Nice to speak to a real person for a change!Well done!

You guys sure make it difficult for people with disabilities to use this branch. Especially during construction. Can't even access cash when the bank is closed. Remodeling. EVERY TIME I ask how much longer, it's ALWAYS a couple weeks. Ever try accessing an inside machine in a mobility scooter when the bank is full? It's so hard! How about a rebate on my monthly bank charge? lol

Awful experience each time that I have to go honestly I would prefer don't go, the staff have no idea how to treat the customers, they are not friendly or polite, my last visit was for a credit card that the staff offered me, the appointment was wrong, the credit card's staff was acting weird like a detective, he told me that I must send him several pay stubs, job letter, I opened my account 3 years ago, but he asked me many things, because supposedly he didn't have this information in the system, he told me that my address was wrong I must go to pickup the card in the branch and he didn't try to figure out that, I have been trying for 3 years that you update my name correctly, but it didn't happen, honestly I had enough of td, I am ready to change to another bank.

I've been with td for 5 years. The very first time thinking of switching to other banks was due to really bad service here. Nobody just seems to care or know any of their product.

I had to close my bank account due to relocation, and I gotta say, the staff at this bank branch are all really professional and kind. Big shoutout to Belu, and also the branch manager (i didn’t quite get her name - she has blonde-ish hair) and last but definitely not least, the kind and nice Indian guy at the counter (didn’t quite get his name as well). Really appreciate you all!

My debit card and online banking stopped working. The branch informed me that I had to speak with the fraud department and there’s nothing they can do until that happens. This sounds fine except I have been trying to call fraud for 3 days straight and each time it says, “There are longer than anticipated wait times, your wait will be 60 minutes or longer.” Well if the wait is this long for 3 days straight, you need to do a better job anticipating. I tried calling later in the evening and the recording says their hours are 9-5 EST. Considering how important this line seems to be, the wait times and hours of operation are pathetic. At this point, I haven’t been able to send an e-transfer for 3 days and who knows if I ever will be able to. Makes me want to close my account and move my Direct Investing accounts and mortgage. I get that you need to investigate, but you couldn’t make it any harder

Very difficult and confrontational management. all I wanted was to deposit a cheque.

This is the worst bank experience I have ever had. It took me 5 months and constant visits for them to retrieve one of my banking statements. I had told them I severely needed them and it was for legal purposes I get them, and every time I went in, they were of zero help. All I get back is we will call you when we receive them from head office" and no phone call ever came. I was persistent and took time out of my work day to go in and I basically had to start all over every time. Finally after months of what me going in and calling and bothering them I finally get my papers. They said I was a priority

The constant decline of this branch seriously makes me consider changing banks more and more each day.

Have been with TD for 30 years but seriously thinking of leaving...the place is falling apart. Nobody seems to know what they are doing from the local branch through to anybody at the 1 800 number
