This place has yoga studio now. It is a bit different from others yoga classes as it focus more on therapeutic aspect of yoga practice. Very good teacher. Very convenient location. I'd recommend to visit and try the yoga classes. It is only 5 - 7 min walk from almost any place in in downtown Victoria.

Awesome yoga teacher there, helped me a lot with relaxation, taught how to meditate, good stretching too. Very helpful who practice mindfulness.

Integrity Arts truly lives up to the name. It is a welcoming and calm place to practice and learn martial arts and self defense. The group is diverse and share their knowledge with a good sense of humour and self reflection. For anyone interested in learning self defense or simply to get into shape in a fun and dynamic way it is an excellent place to find your inner strength.
