I came to Murray after having a horrible experience with another attorney, I was going through a divorce and had no resources to support me, Murray was calming and reassuring but above all one of the ethical people I know.He provided sound legal advise that has guided my personal decision for over 25 years. Without him my situation would have had a very different outcome.Shannon his assistant is amazing , extremely knowledgeable and always responsive.Both of them are the best there is !!

Murray looked after my Will and Power of attorney for healthcare and property. He was aware of my budget and kept things in a very succinct, professional and efficient manner. Murray (and Shannon) were VERY professional. Murray was recommended to me by a close friend who had utilized Murray’s legal expertise previously and he was so right. Murray listened to the details of my situation, asked questions and then researched to confirm the most current applicable case law. He guided and made recommended strategies throughout negotiations resulting is a lower net settlement than I had forecasted.I can not recommend Murray enough (too bad I can only five five stars). He is rare ..... a lawyer who is also a ‘down to earth’ human. He will do right by you.

Stay away! I experienced a lot of hostility from them. For a notarized signature I usually pay 15-20$. These people asked for 75$. And they were arrogant, vry opinionated and a bummer to deal with.

He is the utmost professional in providing his services; my property and financial interests were his priority at all times throughout the transaction. Murray’s dedication, intelligence and expertise in real estate law will put you at ease throughout your legal process. For this reason it was no question to choose him for both a refinancing and purchase of a second property. There were several issues that arose on behalf of the seller in the second purchase, and on my end Murray was painstakingly thorough and adamant that my interests were protected. I will most definitely be working with Murray again in the future and would recommend him to family, friends and colleagues.

Murray was representing me in a family law matter from 2015-2017 after which I changed to a different lawyer for multiple reasons: Murray is not responsive (very slow in communication), makes you feel like horrible and makes mistakes in the letters/documentation. I had to get a new lawyer to redo my entire application (cost me more money but had to get it fixed). When you're going through a family matter, you need a counsel that will help you through the process rather than adding to the stress. I would not recommend Murray for family law matters.

Murray Maltz is a top notch lawyer. He willingly helped me in selling my condo assignment when my previous lawyer dropped the ball in the midst of the transactions as assignment is considered a complex deal. I was overseas when the final closing was happening but Murray and Shannon handled it very efficiently, professionally and smoothly, I was put at ease. Murray and Shannon are always on top of things and very attentive to details. They respond to emails and calls promptly. Overall I was very happy dealing with both of them.
