On a really bad snow day, after waiting in my car for an hr I finally found the nearest towing which happened to be them, when he came in 10 minutes I was elated, but he spent over 15 minutes on multiple phone calls, I tried to be patient but at some point I called his attention to pls help me out as all my car needed was to get a pull from the snow bank so I could leave as I was already freezing, he was so rude and threatened to leave and said to me ‘he dosent need my grief’ i was shocked at his reaction but I guess I was desperate after such a bad day. He charged 60 bucks. Terrible experience.

Needed an emergency tow in the middle of the night. Called at least four other towing companies. Omar and Atlantic were the friendliest and most courteous on the phone. They had the best pricing and were able to respond quickly. Professionalism was top notch. Absolutely recommend and very satisfied with the service.

Originally called for a tow. Wait time was under 15 mins. Driver checked battery and gave it a quick charge. Car started shortly after. Saved me unnecessary tow charge. Very happy with the service. Would use them again in the future.

My car wouldn't start and I had the intention of towing it to my mechanic. We first tried boosting the battery, which worked. He gave me really good advice and was honest. I was able to drive it over to get it looked at instead of incurring more fees.

The Salvation Army food bank truck broke down on the side of the road in the middle of the busiest season and Milton Tow responded right away. AND they donated the tow! We're so thankful!
