Phenomenal shop! They've replaced soles, rebuilt boot heels, and stretched shoes for me. I have been thrilled with my shoes each time I get them back and the work exceeds my expectations. So do the prices!! Completely reasonable. I would be throwing away shoes if I didn't have this place to repair them.

It would be nice if he put just a little love in his craft. $45.00 to glue on a piece to the heel. Worst shot job ever. The price wasn't the issue, the quality of his work was so bad- I wish I did it myself.

I went in to see if these guys could help me. My son plays college football he is a kicker. The cleats he plays in are a different brand than the cleats He gets from the team sponsor. So we neededto hide some logos.Warren was fantastic! The care, service and attention to detail he gave the cleats were second to none.I would highly recommend this store.

My shoes were old but I really liked the way they fit. The bottom of my shoes were wore out, the shoe guy did a great job, hopefully they will last many more years, but I know who to run to!

WARNING!!!!!I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS FOR SOLE REPAIRS OR ANY OTHER SHOE WORK.I decided to look past the couple bad reviews and take my favorite pair of boots in.I haven’t regretted a decision more this year. And it will probably stay that way.It looks like someone who is extremely a beginner in there craft dealt with my boots right off the bat. It’s clear they don’t know how to work with the materials on my boots. It looks like the mid soles were ground down on some kind of wire wheel or sanding belt. Causing the material to fray.Soles aren’t glued on straight, I told the lady if there’s a way to fix some of the scuffs without making it look like you did something than fine, if not. LEAVE IT BE!!!It looks like this guy just rattle canned the sole of my boot and the toe cap. Leaving the whole boot with that terrible crunchy layer over what was nice leather. Also there’s over spray on the sole which I mentioned, the midsole and all over the metal hardware that secures the laces.Traces of glue under the terrible coating of paint. The whole job is just hacked.I haven’t been more frustrated with a businesses service and it’s clear to me these people have no clue what they are doing.SAVE YOUR MONEY, FRUSTRATION AND TIME AND FIX THE SOLES YOURSELF, SHINE YOUR BOOTS YOURSELF OR FIND A COBBLER THAT HAS EXPERIENCE BECAUSE THE PEOPLE AT THE SHOE GUY WILL DISAPPOINT YOU!I am leaving before and after photos for anyone interested. The photo with the white background was when I bought the boots used in 2023.They are from 2007. As you can tell the yellowing and everything is natural and I wanted it left that way.

Took my shoes in to get polished. They where hardly polished and needed more polishing on the sole of the shoe. Would not recommend. Also customer service was atrocious and rude.

These people blew my mind! I needed a repair - the competition" quoted me $15 and a 7-week (!!) turnaround. The "Shoe Guy" lady looked at what I needed - took my shoe back WHILE I WAITED - and fixed it in about 5 minutes. "What do I owe you?" "Um... how about five bucks?" I gave her a $5 tip and was still money AND TIME ahead! Fantastic! I'LL BE BACH!"

Took a new pair of expensive tennis shoes into be stretched. Not one mm change in the shoe itself... no communication about the service or inability to complete the job. We are VERY disappointed.... paid $14.00 cash for nothing. Very dissatisfied with service, lack of communication, lack of job done n just service all around. I will never do business with them again!!

Took my brand new boots in to get rubber soles on the bottom so as not to slide so easily. They seemed very busy and was told a two week turn-around, which was fine. They actually got them done a week early but when my husband brought them home, we notice black rubber drops melted onto the leather near the sole and the heel. Fortunately I was able to remove them with a little scrubbing but the leather is now slightly discolored in one spot. I would have rather them taken their time and waited the two weeks than have a quick, sloppy job done. Another thing I didn't think about is they added an 1/8 to my sole but not the heel. Granted
