The new location is much more accessible but that said it’s still quite expensive for what it is and the service is subpar. So long story short, if you want to over pay and have an awkward shopping experience go here.

The ladies at this Tandy store are always helpful. The items may be a bit more expensive than what you can get online or other sources, but when I'm out of something and need it the same day, this store is fully stocked with what I need. Very helpful staff.

The beautiful smell of leather greets you as you walk in. All the tools and leather to make all your high ended crafts.

Great products. Wonderful customer service. Had a blast in the leather working class. Can't wait to go back

Terrible company to deal with. Poor quality product. Purchased a leather couch and love seat set, the surface of cushions began to break down after a short period of time and the finish wore off. The only product ever used to clean the leather was the product recommended by this company. Leather Craft refused to replace or repair the cushions, stating that another product must have been used causing the breakdown (which is %100 not the case). Just a heads up to anyone looking to purchase new furniture, save yourself the hassle. The company was very slow in getting back to us regarding our concerns as well, they had our cushions for an extended period of time. They were not willing to assist us in anyway or reimburse us.

I'd like to point out that the poster complaining about her couch cushions falling apart has the WRONG STORE! Tandy does not, and has NEVER sold furniture! They sell leather and tools for people who do leather craft work! The staff is extremely knowledgeable and helpful, and the FREE leather working classes that come with the purchase of a beginner's kit are a great way to get started in the hobby!

I do like Tandy Leather I do a lot of Leather. The one thing I do not like and that's the shipping costs $19.00 Way too high!!! And they should bring a lot of things they had back in the 80's. But over all very Very pleased

Not 100 percent sure if they were having a day but was asked if i needed assistance. Asked for assistance and it was like the earth shattered because i had a question about something different but still in the leather realm. basic questions about products could not be anwsered without giving off a weird facial exspression similar to eating a lemon. Possible edit if i manage to not get rude responses next time.
