The lady that took my email said the company would not bug me. it’s almost to the point of harassment do not give them your email address.I’ve tried for months to get this xx$&it to stop.And then it pops up it’s gonna take them 7 to 10 days to make it stop.The emails never stop #Ridiculous

I was disappointed with thus visit. Certainly not with staff but the lack of diversity regarding choice. In fact, staff greeted me immediately on entering with a very friendly smile and warm welcoming to the store. And the good bye as I exited was equally pleasant. My disappointment was with the choices offered as a male shopper. I must say, for the average shopper looking for the average footwear, the products may be more than adequate. For me however, who is always looking for different or uniqueness, I walked away without a purchase.

I have looked everywhere for extra wide shoes as I have very picky feet, and always seem to end up at DSW in Bayers Lake.Out of all the shoe stores I have visited in HRM this one is high on my list as they have a very wide selection at competitive prices. They also have a large clearance section at the back of the store that you can browse and pick up some even better deals.On another note, they also have a shoe donation program that you can donate your old shoes for an in-store credit for $10 per pair. The catch is that there is a time limit to claim the credit on your next purchase and they will only take one pair of shoes at a time in one day.Feedback for your marketing team: If your taking shoe donations to do something good for those in need, which is a good thing, why cheapen your efforts by putting a time frame and limit the number of pairs of shoes you can donate in one day? Honestly, that is pretty ridiculous. If you can't afford to absorb the discounts that you give on the donations, then make your discounts less and let people drop off as many as they want. The time limit makes sense from a business point of view, but it needs to be a fair amount of time for people to use the credit (i.e. 6 month or 1 year), or your left looking like your trying to scam people (even if your not). Right now with your current policy it looks more like a scam instead of a 'good thing'. I mean honestly, how many people (especially men) buy a new pair a shoes and then return a month later to buy another pair of shoes to get a $10 discount? My guess is that some might but most do not which is why it looks bad. Your customers are not stupid and anyone who stops to think about it will see it looks bad on your brand. You have a good store, so please do better in this.I like your store and will be back but I have to go with a 4 star rating because I have to return back to donate shoes to get a credit on my account. Change this policy and I will be happy to give you a 5 star rating. Thank you.

I purchased a pair of new boots from the Halifax location recently. After a week they started falling apart. When I went to exchange them within two weeks of purchase I was turned away and told to contact the manufacturer. This is poor customer service and would never happen at other Retail Chain locations and has never happened in my experience. I’m very disappointed with the level of customer service and will continue to share my experience and refrain from shopping there for future footwear.

A fair selection of footwear. I love how the aisles are wide and the space is very open. Staff is friendly. I would like it better if all of one brand was in one place instead of having to go through all the aisles to find a particular shoe.

Huge selection of mens, womens, and kids footwear. Slightly overpriced on certain styles but generally have good sale items.

Worst service ever . Went early only 30 minutes after opening , not greeted or helped and three staff rude and fulfilling online orders while three others waited in line . Danielle was wildly rude

A huge selection of shoes for men, women, and children at outlet prices. Helpful staff who will provide help you figure out your fit. Clean and organized environment. The shoes are on display at the top of the shelf and the shoes boxes are right underneath the display. There is large selection of on sale and off season shoes of different sizes near the back of the store as well as a public washroom.To note: they will ask for your email address at checkout.
