Very bad experience. They are not reliable. The customer service is useless. They are very unprofessional and not helpful at all.Their product providers are irresponsible and have cheap quality. The product I bought there is wasted because they couldn’t solve the problem. I never had a bad experience with other retailers like this. I would not recommend this store for shopping.

Had an excellent experience from start to finish. Jason and Liz in flooring helped with my purchase. Unfortunately I didn't realize until I was home (2 hours away) that the sale price didn't go through on an item. I called the manager Laura Lee and her team went out of there way to make the error right without having to travel back. Great job to all!

I purchased a LG washer and dryer from Lowe's store and was delivered with a dent on the washer out of the box. Store is refusing to take the product and giving a tough time. Overall experience was not great. Hope this review is read and some positive action be taken.

I recently had outstanding customer service at Lowes in Cambridge. We were looking for a lawn tractor, and Craig in that area was amazing. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful, and called us back with some information. Kudo's for hiring Craig, treat him well!

My husband and I visited here Friday to shop for a patio set. We had the greatest pleasure in meeting and working with Quinten!Quinten helped us and he was a real pleasure. He was polite, truthful, and kind. Service was courteous from the start and efficient. He was very knowledgeable, professional and quick to answer any questions we had. This store is usually our go to for all things needed. I recommend if you are visiting, Quinten should be your guy!

nice to see some real diversity for a change where as every other retail store/restaurant in Cambridge seems adamant to only hire Indian international students attending diploma mills, just in order to cut their costs. How is only hiring foreign students only from ONE specific country 'diversity'?Anyways, that's the only plus point about this store. There's a reason this store is always empty compared to Home Depot. Kids working here are just goofing around having fun. Clueless when asked about a product's features. They also dont have an inventory system like Home Depot does.

My wife was going to buy a washing machine from here today. One of the employees offered $100 off a floor model that had a scratch on it.. then a rude Aplliance guy there said no" and my wife told him she was going to Jonas Alliance instead.. he didnt care at all! Certainly doesn’t know how to deal with customers in a decent manner and keep business at Lowes."
