DON'T DO IT - I took my old rims to them with high expectations and was sadly disappointed. First, the communication was very poor, said they would call and keep me informed but I had to call each time to find out what was happening. Second, they knew I had to drive all the way from the west end to selection a color to then drive back to the west end to the paint shop, Third, the rims took over a month to get back, yes due to unforeseen circumstances but still no discount or anything to ease this plus I had to call all the time to find out what the progress was. Fourth, the quote came in 30% higher then originally estimated. Fifth, once I got these back they didn't inform me just how soft the rims would be and was told by my tire guys that they needed to cure at least 7-10 days, this information should have come from them at the start of this. Fifth, they just handed the rims back bare, no protective covers or anything to protect them or asking me to bring something. Sixth, I had one smug due to not knowing and was just like soft nail polish and had to get it redone which took another 7 days to get back and full price to me. Seventh, and lastly the rims even though looked very good when I put them on are not standing up and look dull and not worth the huge price I paid. I will never use them or this type of service again, I would recommend just buying new over this every day of the week.

Absolutely amazing customer service! I came to repair my wheels in April due to curb rash (my fault) the damage was pretty significant. After I sent in photos of the damage I got a quick response with an estimate. The team at Alloy wheel repair did an outstanding job. You never would have guessed that they were damaged. Chris at Alloy Wheel Repair does amazing work. I bring all my vehicles to him for repairs and color changes. I had my Viper and Jeep wheels both painted by him, they turned out awesome.

In the fall I damaged one of my new rims. I gave alloy wheel repairs a call and with out hesitation they said drop it off and they will get it back to brand new for me. I picked my rim up today and am beyond happy with the work they did. It looks like it just came out of the box. Definitely recommend this shop!
