Yyzed Project Management
Living in one of their developments has been hell. They have been dragging out a lawsuit against them for over 5 years knowing they will lose in time. We spend every day living with genuine health risks from them cheaping out on our HVAC system, forced to inhale mold and deal with interior humidity of 70%+ all summer. Avoid buying in one of their buildings if you want to enjoy your life.

If YYZed is building your property do NOT go through with your purchase! Zero accountability, zero integrity and terrible management. Go see other properties built by them and you will understand.

Horrible service I did a job for them about 5 months ago. Still havent been paid and Daniel Di Pasquale has been ignoring me for the last few months no return calls emails or texts. I feel like a loan shark. Terrible how they operate.
