Pro-Tec Electrical Services LTD

Pro-Tec worked on our house in Vancouver. All their electricians, from the master electrician in charge to the electricians doing the work were knowledgeable, professional, responsive and friendly. They helped us obtain the required permit and BC Hydro connect services. John and Kai who fit the work at our house were hard working. They weren’t responsible for replacing dry wall etc, but they did a great job putting back the cut pieces, leaving everything neat and tidy. Our cat also liked them :)

A good friend recommended Protec. They happened to be in the area and came over immediately to help us with an electrical problem. Excellent service. Thank you!

I wish I could write a ZERO review!I booked an appointment with their tech, Graham. We agreed on 8 a.m.Keep in mind that I do not blame Graham for the lousy service I got from Pro-Tec.He was late, so I texted him. He told me that their office had changed the time to 12:30, and that I had agreed.All I agreed to was that the appointment had been booked. No mention at all of the time changed was made by them, so I assumed it would be 8 a.m.When I texted The Office they blamed a new booking system. I was upset, but agreed to the change to 12:30When no one had shown up by 1:15 I texted the office once again asking where their guy was, Graham then phoned me to say that the guy who was supposed to come to my home wasn't told of my appointment by The Office/new booking system/whatever, ..that he was already too busy, and could we reschedule for another day!I told Graham that I was fed up at that point, and that I was cancelling with these clowns. They aren't the only electrical contractors around. I will take my business elsewhere.If you have a day to waste, go ahead and book with them. I don't, and neither should anyone else.I have no idea what the 'PRO' in Pro-tec stands for, but it isn't 'professional'.By the way, when I complained the final time to The Office and cancelled, there was absolutely no response.Real professional, alright.

Excellent service, kind, professional, knowledgeable, helpful and incredible turnaround time. This will be my go to for any electrical work in the future. Highly recommend. Ken and John were both amazing.

The Pro-Tec electrician was really awesome. It was getting cold, we have a new puppy, and needed to stay warm with a broken thermostat. We had bought the wrong kind of thermostat. The Pro-Tec electrician arrived on time, was super professional, figured out the problem. He went out and got the right kind of thermostat, and installed a plate behind it so that the installation didn't create additional work for us. No extra charge. WOW! Really happy that I called Pro-Tec and will be making use of your services again. PS> We are all warm and toasty thanks to Pro-Tec.

We received excellent friendly service and the electrical panel and 2 outlets were repaired quickly and at a good price.Will use Pro-Tec in the future for our electrical work.

We recently had numerous issues with our electrical outlets in the kitchen and heaters. Graham managed to help us out in the time of great need on such short notice. We greatly appreciate his professional and efficient service. Highly recommend!
