Employee in this store is so rude and racist. When i and my friend trying to buy a watch. She was standing in front of door and as soon as we called her to ask questions about watch she ignored and attend other customers who came after us and kept us waiting for 20 minutes.DONT GO TO THIS STORE

Tried returning an item here and the general manger of the store was so rude and didn’t even give me any other options or advice of how to proceed with the return.Same day, went to Fairview Mall Guess store with the same item to return and they happily helped me out.Maybe the sales associates are nice at Scarborough but the general manager is the worst. She needs training in customer service

Cashier white lady yell customer with bad attitude. She doesn’t help also reject customer to buy stuffs from Guess. I never seen the person like this. She seems like no training and not suitable for the job. She really affected Guess image. Another staffs very peaceful. Only that lady has mental illness. After that day, I never go back to Guess again.

Standing in guess right now with my 300 dollar watch that I rceieved for Christmas and they so who were able to take my watch apart but not get it back together. And leaving me with nothing but a broken a watch . 2 days after I recieved it telling me to go back to square one where it was purchased and that they could do nothing about it.

I really wanted to give a shout out to the manager here named Angel. He went above and beyond anything that I can imagine and was incredibly friendly and professional. Dealing with him was an absolute pleasure and these are the kind of people that you want as managers. I will deal with this store all the time now even though I live in Windsor, Ontario! Thank you so much guys and angel. You are an amazing manager

Had a great experience shopping. All were helpful, especially Dhruvi thakkar, She helped me see new styles, outfits, and knew the clothing very well as she advised me on how to clean it and what sizes to get. She really took her time to help me and created a very friendly and welcoming atmosphere while I shopped and tried on clothes. Was the best customer service I've seen!

I recently had the unfortunate experience of dealing with the customer service at the Guess store, and I must say it was highly disappointing. From start to finish, my encounter left a lot to be desired.Firstly, the staff appeared disinterested and unhelpful. I approached her with questions regarding their products, and instead of providing assistance,she seemed uninterested and annoyed by my request . It was evident that customer satisfaction was not a priority for them.I was buying a watch for my mom as a gift but honestly she made it worst but anyhow my mom liked one and we bought it . Never coming back .

I went to this store on Jan-18-2021 with my frnd, the staff was very unsupportive and a girl wearing glasses was so rude. She doesn’t know how to treat the customer and every time she was following us in the store.
