Pedi And Nails

First time there ! Did a mani and pedi. The service is great, the technician worked hard and as a guy I felt totally comfortable! Nice massage chairs and $45 is a great price for both! Totally recommended.

I visited this place a few times in the past and was always impressed with the overall quality of the service and cleanliness. Yesterday was a bit different. I went in for a shellac colour change. It was busy, and my fault - I was late by 10+ minutes, and was asked to wait a bit (only 5 min or so) so I didn't mind. I specified the colour change, the lady asked whether I wanted shellac or gel and I said shellac, just like colour change. She went on to mutter I have too much cuticle and removed the chipped bits from the prior visit. It hurt when she went over the same areas on my skin a few times. Afterwards, I noted that the skin broke in a line where the machine went over one too many times and there was a bit of blood. After one day with polysporin, it still hurts. I know little cuts could happen, but I was thinking about it and it makes me feel like had I opted for the gel nail service she suggested (which cost twice as much), then would I not have gotten this cut? Would she not gave muttered to my face that I have too much cuticle? I know one bad experience shouldn't shape my opinion but I don't think I will return to this place any time soon.

Nails technicians are really professional, friendly, and experienced. Especially Nancy has been doing my nails for 2 years now. I have been with many nail technicians before but Nancy is one of the best. She is really professional, never rush, and pays really closed attention to details. Love my nails and designs. Great job Nancy. Strongly recommend !

I have tried this place twice now and must say the ladies there are always very nice and polite. However, both times I have came here I have been very disappointed. During my first visit I booked an appointment for a fresh gel set and shellac pedicure. It took them over 2 hours to do my gel set and then I was told to come back the next day for my pedicure because they didn't have enough time for it the original day I booked it. Still I decided this past weekend to give it another try as I didn't want to travel far for a quick refill. The lady I had was very kind however she cut me 3 times. Two of which was cut really bad with the cuticle cutter. My pinky wouldn't stop bleeding. I could tell she felt very bad as she apologized multiple times but I was quite upset with the service. In the end I paid full price for the refill ($71) not including tip. I thought they would of at least offered a discount for the service considering I how badly my fingers were damaged.

I have been getting my gel nails done here for a few months now and my mom has been going here for a few years. They ladies who work there are always so friendly and kind. Samantha and Irene are our top choices for gel. The place is always clean. Sometimes they are quite busy so it’s best to book an appointment. They are also great if you need a nail fixed as well!

This is a hardworking nail salon! I had Mindy who did my nails beautifully for such a reasonable cost. I have been to other salons that will always change the price on me, and by the end of it I am paying a fortune for acrylic nails! Thank you Mindy for my nails!
