Cannot say more about the stellar customer service at this beautiful resort! Had a beautiful stay at one of the townhouses. They are very spacious, clean, well-appointed and a perfect getaway for our family. We were already impressed, but when a winter storm left us stranded, and power out in our townhouse, we were treated to the true hospitality Saskatchewan is known for. We were welcomed to the main part of the hotel that had generated power and the ladies at the front desk made sure we had extra coffee and food. Would highly recommend!

My family and I have stayed at this resort for years when we visit the “Hills.” We have stayed in the hotel, townhouses and cabins, and love them all. The staff are always friendly and attentive, and responsive to the needs of their guests. I am really appreciating all the recent upgrades, too. Any time is a good time to stay at this location.

I’ve been wanting to visit this place for the longest time and I’m glad I finally did. Nicest people who went above and beyond to make our stay very comfortable. The rooms we’re comfortable, that food was delicious and the atmosphere was just wonderful!

We had supper at the resort, great service! I had the salmon and seasonal vegetables. The salmon was cooked perfectly.

The Resort at Cypress Hills
We have gone to this resort at least ten times over the years. It's nice that they are sprucing the place up - but their priorities are skewed: they are putting in a fancy front foyer instead of upgrading rooms. Bathroom fans are loud and irritating, A/C sounds like a construction site and quilts are lumpy. The owners and staff are top notch; however, the restaurant needs a new menu and a chef who doesn't over-salt all the soups.

Great friendly staff and an amazing location. Not the most luxurious place you will ever stay but a fantastic home base for your explorations of the Cypress Hills. Very decent restaurant on site that is open all year long. Hiking trails right from the resort.

We have gone here many times. Always great service. Most of the rooms are too notch. The food is always satisfying. I love it when the owners pop over to say hello. It's a great top off to a lovely day

Wonderful staff. Postcard perfect surroundings. Clean, updated accommodations. Good food. Spent Christmas and felt like we were in a Hallmark movie.
