HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED!First the guy on the phone Brian is an obnoxious, rude fellow. He will yell at you on the phone and disconnect the call. His temper issues are not something any customer service manual suggest.They will try to blame you for a technician's job not done correctly.Look elsewhere where they respect your business

The overall experience was ok. Took a week to get an appointment. I was told I would get a phone call prior to our appointment to discuss options but never received a call. The service person was expected to come between 12-5pm and got to our house around 5:20pm. Once he was here he was great and seemed very honest and knowledgeable about our product.Getting information from the office to make an informed decision on proceeding or not was very challenging.

My mom had an issue with her dryer. She called Zoli Swartz and the guys who came out for the repair were quick, professional and friendly. They explained the issue in layman’s terms so Mom could understand. Fantastic service!

These guys are the best! Took a lot of care ensuring our issue with the Wolf range was resolved. Also great with our Bosh dishwasher. Very courteous, knowledgeable and efficient. I highly recommend Zoli Swartz.
