I’ve had the best experience with Diamond Personnel. The staff, specifically Meghan and Shauna were extremely helpful in finding me the right family.

Shauna is awful. Pushy, demanding, condescending. Wants an answer immediately and will ignore you if you don’t give her the answer she wants. They call it ‘diamond experience’ which couldn’t be further from the truth. Shauna only cares about closing the deal. She doesn’t take your needs as the client into account, but wants $15,000 to find you a match. Shauna, you are terrible at your job. I am certain many of these reviews are before your time or are fake.

Diamond and Shauna were amazing to work with. From start to finish the process was very transparent and easy. Within two months they found me a wonderful nanny for my home who meshes with my personality and our home environment. I was very nervous getting a nanny but Diamond helped find the perfect person to join our family. It’s only been 3 days with our new nanny but I already feel such a sense of relief being lifted off my shoulders. Would recommend their services to anyone looking. I can’t imagine going back now to a life without my new wonderful nanny in our life.
