I have lived here 7 years and the amount of secondary personnel turn over is huge. I hope Nancy and Jarvis stay. I find they're very polite with all tenants and work very hard at keeping all the buildings clean, they are very professional at their jobs.

Can’t say enough about the management at this building, especially Morley and Carol. The staff is friendly and helpful and they respond to requests in a timely manner. Morley also was able to able to help me fix my washing machine rather than the repair guy. Keep up the great work!

My wife and I lived here for a year. We were threatened with eviction multiple times for 'parking our two cars in spots not designated for us'. The eviction notice was not a warning and had concrete timelines attached to it.We only own 1 vehicle, and always parked in our designated spot. Each time we were threatened with eviction, we would take the notice and speak with the supremely unprofessional management (Helen Murray). It was always given 'in error' but happened multiple times. Eventually after being harassed so often we bought our own home and left. We believe we were targeted because shortly after we signed our lease, the building transitioned to a 'senior' aged place and had no legal way to get rid of two mid twenty's professionals.If you worry about an eviction happy and unprofessional management deciding to target you and harass you out of your home - beware.

Good place to live and secure. $1320 for one bedroom $1650 for two bedroom. Not on the cheaper side for sure. Adult only, no pets. Yes lots of smokers in this building. Gas, Electricity, underground parking, washer/dryer included in the price. 1 year free very basic tv, and internet from telus 15.

Been here over 2 years, price has not changed at all in that time. Management are great caring people. The entire property is very well cared for. I would like to move closer to work, but I can't find anywhere half as nice as this place. Washer and dryer in suite with power included plus heated underground parking just make this place even better.

Don't even bother!! The carpet is disgusting, they told us they change the carpets every time someone moves out but was a lie. After we moved in the old carpet was still there(so old that the lost the recored of it). When we asked them to change it, they told us they are not going to unless we stay there for another year. The fridge is cracking and making noise which is very annoying. The storage room is very small if you have lots of stuff then you have to pay extra to get another storage in the parking lot. And the list is going on!! Personally, not happy nor satisfy and didn't find the place luxury"."

I have a friend that lives there. Suites are very spacious and laid out well

My spouse and I are so pleased we found Wellington Court. We decided to sell our home and downsize. No more lawns to cut or snow to shovel. After we were given a tour we were sold!. Wellington is so clean, classy and Quiet. All the neighbours are so friendly. The management team have been so kind and helpful. We love Wellington, and hope to be here for many years. I would advise any one looking not to hesitate - you will be well taken care of by the Real Star Team . They will treat you with, dignity, kindness and the highest level of professionalism. You wont just be renting you will be investing in your comfort and happiness. That's what we did!
