Dr. Kelton and Nicole who work in the hub at Grace hospital are absolutely amazing! I’m so happy I was able to recieve help from Dr. Kelton as he removed my gold ring off of my finger without having to cut the ring and I am so grateful! It was real gold and had sentimental value so thank you again Dr. Kelton you are the best!The staff at this hospital gave me an overall safe feeling and made me feel as if I was in the right hands. Thank you so much I am so appreciative of the amazing, hardworking and friendly health care workers at this hospital!

One of the best place for timepassBecause we are here till 7pm for emergency ofChild age11 who suffered fractured but everything diagnosed but yet not any treatment to him and he suffered pain in his fractured hand so now who care himEven he not take any food after 4 pm and we still sit here and time is 12am.Medical system of Ontario is distributed.If we are in india in this 5 hrs hospital done minimum 60 patients with fractured. Medical system is so slow here in Toronto

Too bad no stars is not an option.I am currently 4 hours into waiting just to see someone. On Oct 20th the Rapid Assessment Zone did a fantastic job of ignoring people and playing favouritism. When a doctor of the hospital and his son came in for a finger fracture, they immediately sent him without a moment of wait ( He was checked in at the same time as us, and the son seemed fully conscious and in good condition). Meanwhile, my mother who was brought in by the ambulance, and was given a temporary medication was told that she had to wait 6 or more hours.The lady at the front desk at the RAZ!!! was so inconsiderate and would not even acknowledge the fact that I’m waiting to talk to her. She continued to ignore me for a few minutes before I had to address her personally.This is ridiculous !!!!!! Like why is it called EMERGENCY????? There are people here that are just coming in for a twisted ankle, upset tummy, and other conditions that can grow better with time and medication. Other people who are suffering from continuous pain and growing pain should be prioritized. I understand everyone deserves medical care, but this system is just not right.I can’t say enough about my experiences, but warning to all that it’s about to make you feel worse than when you came in.

Low level of professionalism at the emergency department mainly for the reception section ( I don't know if they are volunteering or employed because they don't have their ID badge) and registration section at the emergency.Long waiting time for only 3 patients ONLY IN THE ER .

My 93 year old father was sent by ambulance to this hospital. Doctors and staff in the emergency department demonstrated unprofessional and uncaring attitude for my elderly father.The absolute worst hospital .

Immigration of doctors who only care about pay is why this city has a broken medical system, of course immigrants are blind to the problems they create because if benefits them. They don't donate or give back to society, Norway figured that out and deported a lot of immigrants who were unemployed/people who are literally loitering with millions in a county they didn't help to build. Also they wanted Norwegians to become Muslim? As if they are entitled to others culture as well, it's ridiculous, stop the flow of immigrants who are rich and only care about money. If you want a good medical system, donate and give back to society.

This is very bad hospital because we come 1am the emergency side is very less no anybody the nurse is say we pls stay I will call u come inside but anyone didn’t call we we wait like 5 hours but after 5 hours we go back home and anyone didn’t check my brother pls don’t go this hospital pls

Always good experience,they truly care and listen to your medical complaints and connect you to the right resources. I also had Son here six years,wish I would've with my Daughter. Such excellent care. No matter how many kids you give birth too lol you usually have trouble doing things baby eating,you eating,baby needing a hold when you haven't eaten since giving birth. Scarborough Grace was and stil is above and beyond. Ty

I am writing while my mom is still hospitalized at Grace General Hospital.I would like all the staff who were very committed to update us till today about her condition. Specially, We as family are thankful for Joan the Clark located at 4A ward. This lady goes above and beyond to connect patients with their family. She is compassioned, cheerful and very supportive.Thank you, Joan the clark at ward 4A.

This emergency place is completely understaffed. I entered the premises around 11:30 pm and I’m still in waiting at 2:00am. The nurses don’t give clear instructions and everything overall is messy.
