Transport JMR Express

I hired JMR Express on a whim and I must admit I was skeptical because of their rate on Google. But on the moving day, the team arrived on time. They were very polite and took good care of my possessions. Moving is a stressful period, and I must admit they made it easy and even pleasant! Well done! Thank you :-)

I am shocked at how unprofessional JMR has been. They were contracted to move goods to the US. They set up a day and time for delivery and throughout that day we called and they said they were close by. They showed up the next day at noon and then REFUSED to assemble any of the furniture. They dumped everything quickly , forced my son to give them a credit card and left. Now there is no one" at the office to speak to. They are all "out of the office". Clearly they are not honest

I had a great experience with JMR Express! The three movers arrived on time, they were very polite and nice. They wrapped the furniture and took great care of my many fragile boxes and my plants! They were super quick and efficient, which is also a plus. I would totally recommend this company and would definitely use them again, should I move again.

My daughter used this company to move. Movers were slow, stalled with useless conversation, perpetual breaks and drove 20km / hour on the highway to drag out the move time as much as possible. My daughter paid for insurance and the extra time it took to pack certain items in conformity with the insurance requirements. Nevertheless things were broken. When we called to report the damage, instead of apologizing and repairing / replacing broken items they screamed at my daughter on the phone and hung up on her. Do not work with these people. They are horrible.

We are very impressed with our move today that we had to share our experience. Your team showed up on time and were very polite and professional. Our move went perfectly with no issues or damage to our furniture and the walls of are homes.I definitely recommend JMR express.

I received a number of proposals from different companies but when I received a call from Nicole I knew right away that I’d go with JMR Express. That call was an indication of what kind of service JMR Express provides….for me the human touch made a difference. On the day of the move, the guys arrived on time. They were very friendly and professional at the same time. They took good care of my stuff and also took care of dropping off at Renaissance the items for donation. They were very quick and efficient this is why I did not hesistate recommending them to a friend.

Did a long distance move with this company. The movers (3) arrived at the scheduled time and it took them about 40 minutes to start moving the first box. They packaged everything with care and handled our belongings respectfully. They were also very polite and professional. The driver for the truck barely moved anything, instead directing the 2 younger guys on how to work properly. In my opinion, lots of wasted time at 165$ an hour.As for the actual driving time, what took us 1h10 min to get to the house, it took the truck 2,5hrs. I was told his old ford truck couldn’t go too fast (they were driving a new Isuzu…).When they were done, I was to pay via interact e transfer but the Interac system was down. They forced me to drive 25 min each way to go to the only open bank in my new area and withdraw the cash to give the drivers, telling me if I don’t do that they don’t get paid for their day.Lots to consider here when you choose movers, I think we got off ok in the end but probably paid about 500$ in wasted time.

Last month hired JMR moving , they were on time, the team of 3 individual were very efficient, very polite & all the time they were busy in working without losing anytime.They were so fast that they have finished our moving from LaSalle to Saint-Lazare in 7 hours amazing,.I am happy that I made a good choice inspired of all the bad review they have.There is always other side of the story people usually are unfair and write a review if they are not happy for a small thing.Whenever I move next time they will be my movers.

Great moving experience with this company. The three guys we got introduced themselves the moment they arrived, a nice personal touch. They got right to work and didn't stop until the truck was loaded. We were moving things from two different locations, about 35 km apart, into one location. The whole move took less than four hours, working at a pretty quick pace, I thought. I highly recommend them.
