They do not accommodate late check in. They did not offer late check in fee or any other accommodation. They stated that they would only leave the door open and the key within the room. Leaving it unmonitored for hours prior to our arrival. Obviously this is incredibly unsafe and unacceptable. They also were unreasonable with cancellation on this basis. They charged us despite these circumstances and would not provide any response when questioned on these practices of unsafely leaving rooms open for hours prior to guests arrival.

BEWARE! I don’t like to give 1 star reviews to businesses, but this place deserves it. I had made my reservation on the phone with a rude and unprofessional receptionist, to find out she ended up giving me the wrong dates I had asked for, when I called back to change it to the correct dates she did so, but, she charged me an extra 120$ without even asking for my authorization, when I asked her why was I charged more for my reservation, she responded “For the correct days you want, it’s more expensive” even though I had it much much cheaper on their website then the price she was charging me, very unprofessional, was looking forward to going here.

The spas were luke warm at best. Cold plunge pool was just a bit less then room temperature. Steam room was not hot and smelled musty. Sauna was ok.Will not be going back

Location is nice and quiet with view of the river.Service is slow. Asked for a sangria with my meal and staff responded with not today. Took 5 minutes to get a fork after they had given me my food and I had to get up and ask for ketchup for my fries 3 times. Site needs maintenance and half of the spas facilities were closed and dirty. No wet sauna, both under construction. When asked about it, they said they didn't know. Front desk staff seemed annoyed when i asked for bills for my change instead of coins. I will not be returning.

The place is majestically located. Unfortunately, they seem to multiple problems with the place. The building has not seen maintenance or care for a long time. Hot baths are warm at best as well as saunas (both wet and dry saunas). There are too few hot spas (which are not warm enough) and there are multiple signs of low maintenance. It's such an unfortunate thing since the place is wonderful. I wouldn't recommend it because of this.

Very relaxing environment, in a small island and surrounded by the river. Place is very clean and quiet and staff was amazing. Breakfast was very good too, comfortable beds. If nearby rooms are loud, you can hear a bit of that noise. Other than that, I really enjoyed my stay.

Place with the potential for a thriving hotel. Beautiful views, pleasant staff, good breakfast, but it could use a new, more cozy decor + I recommend cleaning the windows so that guests can enjoy the views without leaving the building.

WARNING DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU HAVE ANY HEALTH ISSUES NO ONE WILL HELP YOU. Unfortunately I had a terrible time at spa. Starting with deep pressure massage that was honestly very mediocre. When I finally got to the spa to relax I realized there is only two places to lay around and it smells like mold. Tried to read but had workers with loud boots walking around every two minutes or so. WARNING!! Someone had a medical emergency during their stay, I called the front desk to let them know and they asked if the person was alone since they weren’t they said there was no one that would come to assist and asked for the people to call an ambulance. I tried calling them back 4 times and they never answered my calls.. Very very disappointed.

This was our first time and we will not be re-visiting.The pools weren't clean and the front desk wasn't engaged at all. We told them it was our first time and they didn't even give us a tour of their facilities. When we asked, they said to go outside you will see. I have 2 stars because the breakfast was decent. No tea but good coffee, good croissant, cheese, boiled eggs, and cereal as well as friendly service but dirty tables...This could've very well been 1 star so you decide.

I stayed in a river view room and the room was clean and really liked that there was no carpet. I can point out 2 things to improve. First, lighting is not as bright as I expected. The hotel can easily replace light bulbs with LED bulbs, but brighter.Second, bathroom vanity slowly drained water, so I often had to wait until water was fully drained.The hotel provide contineltal breakfast and free parking, so I was able to save money.
