Came from out of town. Great service bought new husky and snowbike last minute called in morning and everything was ready to go by the evening and they made sure I was taken care of. Highly recommend stopping here!

Bought my wife's Indian Scout motorcycle here. Always a great place to buy parts and gear. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Then there is Jay who is in a league of his own as one of Indian Motorcycles' top sales people and the individual who brought the brand to Alberta you'll be far better off meeting him as he is a dyed in the cloth biker who knows the field better than most. I bought my 2011 Victory Vegas 8-Ball Cruiser motorcycle with 1737 cc engine in April 2022 and booked it in with Cycle Works a month later. They completely brought it up to speed, pun intended, with an oil change, new clutch cable, new rear tire and master brake cylinder as well as a bit of an overhaul to make sure everything was tip top. I followed this up with another oil change and check up this spring.As a result I've been riding a lot ever since, and carefree with no issues. Everyone I've dealt with is very professional, knowledgeable and friendly.

BEST EXPERIENCE EVER!I had been planning for over a year to buy a motorbike for my future husband as a surprise wedding gift. Two weeks before our wedding I met Jay and Natalie at Cycle Works. I filled them in on my plan and they couldn't have been more excited to help me bring my vision to life. Jay helped me pick the perfect bike and make sure it was ready for our big day. He was in constant communication with me and worked around our schedules to get the bike delivered to our wedding venue without my fiance knowing. The surprise went off without a hitch and Gareth had NO idea!We went in after the wedding to get all geared up which again Jay and Natalie were extremely helpful.This was by far the best customer service experience I have ever had.
