Fleetwood Park Coin Laundry

O my god when i went there was one hr wait for dryer. Already four people were waiting with so many clothes. Pls install more dryer and there should be limit of dryers, usually many people take 4-5 dryers at once and others have to wait for more long time.

The board said last load at 6pm, i was there at like exactly 6, rather 5:59pm. Only had to do a small batch. He didn’t let me do it. The guy is always so rude and has zero sense of customer service. Will never come here again.

A decent laundromat with decent machines.Dont try to use the dryers on the weekend as I was refused service by the owner. An Asian fellow with very poor English and no customer service skills. I had 2 small loads to dry but because I wasnt using the washers too I was refused service.I sat for 30min in the parking lot looking for another laundromat and noticed many people bringing in their clothes and not being turned away.Will only go back because it is the closest to my place.

Staff is so rude, that Asian lady was so racist was busy talking with her friends and denied me to wash my clothes, she said I come tomorrow even they close at 7 and I was there around 6, pathetic Asian lady.

Had a pathetic experience, guy infront doesn't have any sense what he is talking, moreover, he is so rude to customers. Very bad customer service.He knows people are gonna come to him cause he is the only one in the area and taking advantage of it,Won't suggest to anyone!!!

Calm atmosphere, Clean environment, Collective Responsibility, Cared for start to finish, Comfortable & Cost-Effective!!!!! After experiencing few other places during last four years, proud to have found this.

Came here for the first time and didn't leave with a great impression. I'm used to laundromat workers being very friendly and welcoming but the man at this location was quite the opposite. Maybe he's had to deal with some nasty people and has just put his walls up but idk he seemed very unapproachable. From my previous trips to laundromats I knew that usually all the machines take the same coins, but here the 2 big ones only take loonies and the small one and dryers only take quarters. Keep that in mind when going, I traded my quarters in for loonies before realizing I needed quarters too.The dryers don't have a fill line so you have to read the rules prior to using them which is on a small piece of paper at the far end of the store, we didn't see the rules and over filled" our dryer

Washing machines are newer and all working. The gentleman behind the glass handing out the coins was pretty rude. Didn't say a word just pointed to a bill when I asked if they take debit cards or credit. First and last time I come here.

Staff is supper rude. When I was getting change for the dryer they tried giving me 7 dollars from two 5. If your gonna use this laundromat please count ur coins before leaving the counter. Then after putting my clothes in dryer on delicate mode I went to bank and came back and settings were changed please don't leave items unattended here

It is expensive than nearby laundromats and my clothes didn’t even washed properly as it didn’t has enough water to wash out the soap from clothes while rinsing, so dissatisfactory experience.
