Nice storage units

I would give them 0 for a review if I could. To be honest if you're looking for a place to store a vehicle I would stay far away from Fondy Storage because I stored my vehicle in their unit and while storing it I had it parked on a brand new tarp to make sure that if my vehicle were leaking I wouldn't leave stains in the unit and found out that I'm now out my $100 security deposit for oil stains that were in the unit from a prior tenant and I had also left my unit with no dirt, dust or stains from my 2 months of using it due to cleaning it the day prior to my lease being officially terminated and all of the sudden I'm also told I left dust in the unit. Do yourself a favor and take pictures of the unit before you store a vehicle.UPDATE: I am changing my review to 3 stars because the were able to get me a security deposit back as the oil stain on the pavement was not from my vehicle due to the fact that it was stored with the tarp under the vehicle, I'm still unhappy that I had to deal with this situation.

Do not use this storage unit. The owners will make any excuse as to why you won’t get your deposit back. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY

Fondy Storage customer service is fantastic. They met our needs quickly and efficiently and were able to really help us out with their services when we needed it most.

Excellent building design and property. Convenient layout between buildings for vehicle space and excellent design for water runoff. A little pricey compared to other complexes but worth the extra cost for a better built complex and security.

Great storage experience and awesome price compared to what I’m used to or was quoted. Moved from twin cities and they responded to all communication within 12 hours, unit was perfectly sized and accurately described, and Stephanie was such a help all around. Would highly recommend for a nice close storage place.

Clean - new units! Great location & prompt with answers to any questions!

The owners of Fondy Storage refuse to work with us as neighbors regarding their parking lot lights. So rude. It would be such a simple fix. Sadly, we've been asking them to tip their lights down for more then 6 months. Still they shine right through our house every night.
