My husband and I just bought our new family vehicle from Anthony Wall. We feel like they were very helpful and were selling with us in mind. They worked to accommodate our budget and situation. They even rented us a vehicle for 4 days so we weren't left without a vehicle!They offer free beverages, a canteen, and a cinema room while you wait; but my husband and I were too busy talking to Anthony to take advantage of the Cinema.He was very friendly, did his best for us, and made us incredibly comfortable.The dealership also has a good referral program for buyers. Francis in the service department for mechanical inspections went above and beyond for me. I was in a bind, and he accommodated me last minute to make sure I was able to get my vehicle properly inspected and make my SAAQ appointment. He definitely went above and beyond to help me out.

Excellent Toyota service.Free wifi" blocks everything except basic web and DNS traffic. So don't expect to be able to use the wifi.Free beverages aren't free and the Cafe is always closed."

Awesome for selling. Not very good service for servicing your car. Had to wait about 10 min to get answered at service desk while employees were chatting without any other customers in the area. Got answered with very dry attitude and didn't get much info about what to do and how long it should be.

Worst place ever !!! They offered me $30 000 on a Rav4 Trail bought a year ago with only 49 000km. I will complain to Toyota Canada about Charlesbourg Toyota. Yesterday, I bought a CRV and I got $37 000 for my crapy Rav4 Trail. Worst Toyota dealer ever across Canada. What a shame guys :-( They also suggested to go shopping somewhere else. Their products are not even fit anymore.
