We are currently in the construction phase of a custom build with Pelletier Construction/Nelson Homes. It has been a very positive experience with Roger and must say how impressed we’ve been so far with the quality, knowledge and experience of everyone working on our project. We suffered through delays in design and securing a builder during the start of the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020 and Roger came to the rescue. We have a beautiful home which was on budget and on time. Best of all, we avoided further delays and cost over-runs as a result of Roger's industry contacts and his ongoing design and cost implication recommendations during the construction process.
