Either they refuse to provide parmesean with order or the employers really do not know what parmesean is. Hard to tell the guy barely spoke English at all. Paid for extra cheese on the pizza and hard practically no cheese at all

Pizza is basically equal to even better than Pizza Den which is extremely surprising! Pizza Den has amazing pizza but this just tops it! (Depending on the day). Some days are just perfect and go above and beyond your expectations, while other days they may put too little or too many toppings on. Other than that, great service and great food!

I called to place an order for delivery. Lady could barely speak English asked me to repeat my order 3 times ( taco pizza) than placed me on hold for another 8 minutes while she looked it up ? It's one of your signature pizzas . asked me 3 times if I wanted regular crust ( it comes on thin) than asks me what toppings to top it off she had a bunch of dogs barking in the background and I could barely hear her over her dogs. I hung up the phone and went and ordered from the store directly. Horrible interaction with the call center I assume lots of business is being lost due to this.

Haven't tried Stonewall outlet for a bit. Received a flyer in the mail. Have a med 10 topping pizza for 11.99. Plus tax. Went on line to try out the app. Took a bit of navigation but not bad. Lots to choose from! Was really surprised. Pan style was hot but not greasy, toppings were generous and consistent across the whole pizza. Right to the edge. Vegetable toppings were fresh. Meat was a good serving for the size. Just the right amount of sauce too. Cheese was bang on as well. Great job! If this is a normal thing, be definitely ordering from there more often.

Super friendly service, products are consistent

Ok pizza at best. A tad cheaper than other pizza places. Their website is odd, and shotty. Their menu isn't up-to-date with current prices. Be aware when you order by phone, they try to charge extra for things. This has happened 2x out of 4 orders.

Haven't eaten at Stonewall's Pizza Hotline in almost a year because last time it made us sick. Hoping for better luck, last night, we ordered the bacon cheese sticks. They tasted good, but the food made three of us have food poisoning. As I'm writing this I still have to make trips to the bathroom. The cheese sticks were the only thing we ate in the evening. I can't name any other restaurant that has made me and others around me sick more often than Pizza Hotline. I love pizza, and am not lactose intolerant. I have never experienced this from any other restaurant in Manitoba. I am now going to be filing complaints and letting the health inspector know.

Worst customer service. The operator lied to me today saying I couldn’t change the crust on my pizza, she said it wasn’t possible? Then why have different crust options? Very strange. Also, why can you not add comments to your order when ordering pizza online? Recommend you get well done on pizzas as they are usually raw in the middle from Stonewall Pizza Hotline.
