During the purchase of our washing machine nothing had been said about needing water supply hoses. After loading the washing machine onto my truck I returned to main showroom to ask if hoses were included. They were not. After another purchase and none available in showroom back to loading dock.I would think for $1400 a mention of required support devices may be by nice.The original sales person was very helpful and informative. He was not available at day of pickup.

We bought a microwave oven through Josh-and he really work with us on our delivery being timely. Then our delivery crew was awesome Keanu was efficient, even with a little snafu due to tiles needing cut and he returned the next day to continue installation overall we had a really good experience. We will definitely return as we need upgrade items

After leaving the review below and giving them in the store a one review I was contacted by a customer service person that literally drove to my place on a Sunday and totally helped where appropriate fee’s could be waived. I appreciate the customer service.The first salesman that sold me my washer and dryer failed to schedule a delivery, I missed work that’s not free… So I called the next day to get it straightened out and was promised by a different person a second delivery date. It was not delivered that day either, costing me my second day of work because of employee and efficiency. I will say the delivery and installation where excellent when they finally arrived.

Needed a microwave oven that fit in a precut cabinet. Sales people were very helpful. They verified that the trim kit I already owned would work with microwave that I wanted. Very pleasant experience. They even took the old microwave and recycled it for me. Highly recommend Kelly's.

I had a great experience at Kelly's for my recliner! The selection was amazing, the prices for the quality were better than any of the other 6 stores I visited that day & staff was extremely helpful! The delivery was great too. Fast, friendly & so easy! I love my recliner & I will definitely shop there again. Thank you Kelly's!

Excellent delivery service! Both men VERY nice and VERY competent. Small cosmetic ding on door brought to my attention and a rebate amount offered immediately. Will happily use Kellys again.

Good pricing, great selection, attentive staff. I bought a four item kitchen appliance package at a competitive price. Sales and delivery guys were great. There was a problem with one item and Kelly’s took efficient care of it. All looks and works well, we’re very happy with our kitchen upgrade.

My husband and I received great service the minute we walked through the doors at Kelly’s. Our sales representative (Chazz) made the process of designing my kitchen a breeze. He made sure everything I was shopping for would match my needs. I love love my appliances! I chose the Cafe Matt White line and they are gorgeous. Everything we ordered came in on time and they stored everything there until we needed them. I highly recommend Kelly’s , we had the best experience shopping there❤️

The knowledge and professionalism of the sales staff and the installation crew were top notch.
