I moved here 3 years ago and shop here quite frequently, staff has always been kind,friendly and always very helpful. I have never had a prescription filled until recently (yesterday).,and today the pharmacist called to check up on me, very impressed. Glad to know I'm in good hands. Thank you to all staff at Jean Coutu

Only issues I have with this store is that there is a particular cashier that treats customers like we all are Covid infected and she won't even bag your items for you, my mother also has had the same treatment

I tried 4 times to get my prescription sent by phone and they say they never got a call. Did the same process but with pharmasave and took one try.when i mentioned tht it was several attempts the lady couldnt care less or be less helpful on why this was happening.

Recently moved to Ottawa, but before moving I have always dealt with Jean coutu for prescriptions. Only now do I realize how kind, patient, and quick the majority or pharmacy staff were with me. They would always ask how my day was going, and would always try to make me feel like I was no different than anybody else. Although there was two pharmacist that really don’t deserve the 5/5 stars, (no names needed) They rest of the staff go above and beyond to make your day. Thanks for the great service over the past few years.

Very unhappy with the pharmacy. I tried to get my daughter's prescription there today, with our family's coverage. She asked me to sit down while she checked it out, as it's not our usual pharmacy. A few minutes later, she comes over and tells me it's saying my daughter isn't included on our coverage. She says it'll be $26 and I can send in the receipt to try and get it covered after. I just take back the prescription and call our provider when we get home. Turns out, she's absolutely covered but they put it in the system wrong at the pharmacy. I'm not very pleased, to say the least.
