Dumping garbage in beautiful Caledon!!! Hope they get fined huge! The back door was not left open there is video from a dash cam! Hope the employees get fired!!!Happy earth day!!!

Sodhi Furniture does not honor their return policy even when they are at fault. Be very careful when you buy any furniture from them or else you will be left with unwanted products paid with your hard earned money.I bought a sectional sofa from their store. I took my room measurements and confirmed the sofa would fit in the room with their store rep Karam. The sofa specs were incorrect in their store which I realized when this was delivered and didn’t fit in my room. I went to their store the same night to ensure that they understand that their measurement of the product are incorrect. The reps acknowledged the issue and assured that they will contact me the next day. Since then we have had several conversations and the store insists on me paying for the return with 33% of the original cost including shipping. I went to their store again to select another set so that we have an opportunity to get out of this situation with minimal loss to each other. However the store owner insists that I should bear the costs for return and pay for restocking fee. Now they have also changed the product specs in their store (width changed from 109 inch to 126 inch. my room is only 118 inch wide). While I am looking at my options, I do want to warn other buyers of the stores malpractice.

Not very helpful, when there because we bought a bed from them and we lost the assembly paper. Went and asked if they could give us another paper as they still have the same bed. They said we don’t have any. I mean if they have the bed and someone else is going to buy. It would have the assembly sheet they just didn’t want to go out of their way to help. Then I asked if we needed to get the bed fixed they said sure you can call and if they fix good if not then don’t know. And also was going to buy a sectional but after this response and the service I got. I would rather buy else where. When they have to sell things the service is different and when you go for something else then service is completely different

This business was recently discovered engaging in illegal trash dumping in the countryside. Their explanation that the door accidentally opened and all the trash ended up in one pile in a ditch is questionable and appears to be a transparent attempt to avoid accountability for their employees. Upon reviewing the photo evidence and video footage, it is evident that the dumping was, in fact, illegal and purposeful. The only other explanation would be the existence of magical trash that defies known laws of physics. It is disheartening to witness such irresponsible behavior.

we bought leather sofa about 3 months ago and regret every single day… the worst quality, not comfortable at all and storage part broken already

New Queen bed and dining table broke just after a year and when I called to tell them this, response I got that Canadian furniture s are like that only

Caught this company using company truck and two employees dumping garbage from truck into ditch. Unacceptable! OPP also informed and pictures and videos sent to police.

Delivery drivers from Sodhi Furniture were caught dumping waste onto the side of the road in Alton. Pure trashy people with zero respect. Avoid at all costs

This store creates that WOW factor when you visit. I was looking for a bed for my teenager son, we visited many stores; Brick, Leons etc. etc. But he didn't like anything. As soon as he entered this store and looked at the collection he got confused which one to buy. Great collection at amazing prices. Just sharing few pictures of the bedroom collection that we found at the store.On top of that really friendly staff, don't bother you much and don't let you feel that they don't care for you.
