excellent company to deal with, copier is trouble free had 3 service calls in 15 years. Last issue guy arrived when scheduled, fixed copier in a few minutes calibrated as it had not been done in years and left very professional

Very friendly, professional and accommodating. They got a printer to work with our software system after our software provider said it could not be done. Any problems with our printer (minor software programming to get to work with our old computer system), and they are at our business right away.

I've relied on Nextgen/DCOS/etc. for more than a decade and have been satisfied with their service. The service technician team in particular has been an integral part to keeping our aging multifunction unit chugging along well past its prime.
