Dr. Tara and the staff at Live Well Family Chiropractics are amazing. I brought my baby here after listening to Dr. Tara speak at a moms group. She was wonderful and walked me through everything. She made me feel comfortable with what she was doing and we have seen great improvements with our son.

Dr. Tara and her team are amazing! I went to see Dr. Tara when I was pregnant with my second. I have to attribute my baby's good positioning in the womb to Dr. Tara, avoiding another posterior birth! She also adjusted me and did a acupuncture treatment just hours before I went into labor the next morning in the early am. If it wasn't for Dr. Tara, I think I would have been even more overdue! She also adjusts my toddler and baby, she is so friendly and also very knowledgeable! I highly recommend Live Well Family Chiropractic!

Dr. Tara and her staff have been so amazing. Not only are they very friendly but also very patient with listening and educating you on why they do specific things. They took a lot of time to examine me and made sure they checked everything to know what their working with and how to tackle it. Only 3 weeks in and I'm feeling much better. From everything I've learned and experienced, its essential to see a chiropractor even if your healthy because just like how cars lose their alignment from all the bumps on the road, our bodies also need to be adjusted from time to time. I definitely recommend going to Dr. Tara for atleast and examination to make sure you're body is at its optimal health.

I have wanted to write this review for months… dr. Tara and her team are amazing! I’ve been to many chiropractors in my 30+ years but not one has been as thorough in their assessments and adjustments. She is simply the absolute best! Her team is on another level. Caring, compassionate and helpful. They’ve all helped me and the kiddos so much through our wellness journey. I can’t recommend her enough and am so very thankful to god that we have found her!!

I found out at 32 weeks my baby was breech. The OB said to me we should have her flipped by 36 weeks. The rest was up to me. I found Dr. Tara online and called the office. Melissa was so friendly and welcoming and took me in the same day. After only six sessions the baby flipped into head down position and I was so much more comfortable. The end of pregnancy was such a breeze. It was amazing how comfortable I felt, slept better and I felt happier than I had in the entire pregnancy. I would recommend this to all pregnant mamas (breech or not) it helped so much. Thank you to all the staff!

Dr. Tara, Dr. Tessa, and all the staff at Live Well create a welcoming and positive atmosphere. I started treatment because I was experiencing intense sciatic pain during pregnancy and after only 2 adjustments, the pain was completely gone! I have continued treatment to ensure alignment for a natural delivery of Baby and have felt incredible for the remainder of my pregnancy. I would definitely recommend Live Well Family Chiropractic. I was skeptical about chiropractic care for babies as it is not something talked about. My son started going there for a flat spot on his head as he favors his let side. After just a couple weeks I am seeing a difference in the flat spot and he has started sleeping through the night and seems calmer and happier! I have also started seeing Dr. Tara regularly and am already feeling a difference in improved energy and stress levels, and my back/neck pain has subsided considerably! I totally recommend seeing Dr. Tara. My husband also plans to attend in the new year! The office is very warm and inviting and I enjoy my visits.

LiveWell Family is one of those places where you feel like family when you come. My kids normally don't like doctors but love coming to the back doctors". I had chiro done when I was pregnant with my third. It was the only time my water broke naturally and he came within 2 hours! I've also come after my car accident and they have made the whole insurance and understanding everything in between with ease. I highly recommend this place with all my heart!"

I cannot say enough amazing things about the Live Well team. The second you walk in the door the frontline ladies are like family, warm and welcoming. Dr. Tara and Dr. Tessa are both incredible. They are accommodating and truly care about you. I’m in my third trimester and these ladies keep me walking without pain. I’ve seen huge changes in my toddler since starting our treatment. She now sleeps through the night (finally!) She has more energy and is generally much happier! I’ll be bringing my new baby in for treatment when it’s born to get us off to a great start. Looking forward to reaching our wellness goals with these ladies - we are well on our way!

Dr. Tara adjusted me throughout my pregnancy, helping me to feel amazing, sleep well, and have an amazing delivery. She is not only a skilled chiropractor but also a wonderful resource for expecting Mamas. She has adjusted my baby since she was a few weeks old, was able to catch signs of a flattening head early and intervene, and has been such a positive presence in our lives.
