Nice clean building with healthy activities for its patrons! Nice art work in the lobby and good food places.

Be wary about using the parking garage. I parked here on a Saturday morning and returned in the afternoon. To my surprise, trying to get back in to the building to access the parking garage was a challenge. All of the doors were locked. I circled the entirety of Constitution Square, trying to access any door I could as well as trying to find a pedestrian door directly to the parking garage, without any luck. Everything was locked. I tried the “call for help” buttons on the call boxes, and no one answered - even though one advertised that it was available for 24 hour help. How are you going to allow public parking on weekends when you lock people out from getting back inside to access their vehicles? I ended up having to wait for another car to drive in to the garage, so that the door would open and I could sneak underneath it before it closed. I understand the operations in the building are closed on a Saturday, but then why even open up public parking? Ridiculous and embarrassing.

Office complex with lots of government, not-for-profit and commercial businesses. Free wifi,lots of sitting area and gym for businesses within the building. Oh did I mention the Food Court? I enjoyed the Sharwarma.

Only have doors open on Albert Street, and have to get guard to call up to company so that they can come down to get us. Want to drop off papers and had to use the freight elevator!

They did a really great job renovating the inside promenade, very stylish and pretty. I live in the neighborhood, I wish they would unlock the doors on weekends to let people walk through. They have 24hr security, and you can get in through Starbucks, so why lock every other door. When it is freezing outside it's really nice to be able to walk through to get to Starbucks.

There are a variety of businesses and government offices and courts nearby . Unfortunately there are no workers present in the government offices because the Prime Minister Trudeau hasn't sent them back to work yet !!! So if you need to speak to some particular agency you might get to speak to someone after you schedule an appointment online ! If you can get the request completed without getting an error on the website.

Unique architecture, but this building is not one of thos place you can just walk around and visit each room/section freely.

The guard of this building is very rude, extremely strange and unreasonable. To show off he is the safeguard of this building, he questioned visitor as a terrorist, suspected visitor is a criminal, particularly if you are a beautiful lady and refused his intentional unnecessary help". I just self photograph myself with a statue at the labby while waiting for my friend

Great building to work in. They could use some additional tables and chairs in the lobby areas for folks to sit have have coffee.. Also, aside from Baton Rouge and the little coffee shop, there isnt a food court. You need to take a walk over to Minto place across the street..
