Good service, I purchased a foam mattress, staff advised me to give them my email which I was skeptical of. They explained if it went on sale in next 30 days I could get that sale price. Sure enough it happened 7 days after the purchase it went on sale. I got 170$ back off the original purchase.

We went shopping for office furniture at JYSK in Duncan and found a great deal on a 3x5 dining room table for a desk and trendy white office chair. Store associate Gage was very courteous and helpful as well. Thanks JYSK, our new office rocks!

I had an issue with the daybed that I bought and they replaced it no problem

Bought a $60 cat tree that is completely destroyed after 3 months of the cats using it. Dining room set chair was broken after using it for a month. If you buy their products be sure not to use them, lol.

We had excellent service by Josh when purchasing our couch. A few weeks later it went on sale, which Josh told us they woukd guarantee the price. I went into the store and was helped by Caleb. He absolutely went above and beyond to help me

I bought over 200 hundred dollars of merchandise ( multiple items ) at check out. I was not offered a bag, and told I was not allowed to take the cart outside the store. Nor was I offered assistance to take my items to my vehicle. I had my young child with me. And although I managed to carry said items; I no longer had a free hand to hold my toddlers hand through the busy parking lot on a rainy day.Unsafe for my child. Poor customer service, and completely absurd cart policy.

Some very nice products at ok prices. Good deals on sale. Colorful designs and good storage bins etc.

Large, clean, organized. The friendly staff will give you plenty of quality service and work hard to ensure you're taken care of.I love their great selection of patio furniture, one of the largest selections I've come across. Plenty of options to not only choose from, but to interact with as well, as it's all in store, not just online.

On Oct 11/22 I was in the store with my grand daughter. There was a person in the store that entered that posed a threat to me.Feeling vulnerable with the toddler, I felt I needed assistance to get back to the door we came in without being seen. I told the cashier roughly my situation ( sorry I forgot his name) and he called Robbie out. I told her about the situation and gave the description. Robbie was calm, offered to call security, and walked us out of the store and waited until we were safely in the car. She was calm, thoughtful, and extremely empathetic. If anyone has ever been in a situation where they ever felt like they ‘shouldn’t ask for help’ let me tell you, ask! I felt supported and we left safely without the The Person knowing I was even there! Words cannot express mine and my family’s gratitude. No words can honestly describe how your actions helped that day Robbie!!I had to make a return today ( I brought my spouse with me in case he was there again as I often do to the places The Person frequents) as he is a regular visitor to the store and found out that he had been on the store’s radar separately from my situation. Robbie let me know I would be safe to return anytime.Thank you.
